PallasMark is packing video software for e-commerce sellers, warehouses and 3PLs. Teams use their existing iOS or Android phone to record the contents, protective packaging and sealed parcel of every order, pallet or inbound shipment, and each video and photo is stored with its record together with timestamps and an activity trail. When a return, damage, missing-item or chargeback claim comes in, PallasMark provides tamper-proof video evidence with a public verification link and a branded PDF dispute dossier. Optional buyer approval lets customers confirm high-value or custom orders before dispatch. Barcode scanning and AI label reading open the right record instantly, and integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, ShipStation and ShipHero sync orders automatically and write proof back to the order. No extra hardware is required, and a free plan is available.
