## About Paligo
Paligo is built for organizations that manage large volumes of complex technical content - and need it to scale. Designed for structured documentation at high volume, Paligo helps teams turn documentation into a strategic asset through intelligent reuse, governance, and automation. At the core of Paligo is a cloud-native component content management system (CCMS) that lets teams author once and reuse content everywhere. This approach reduces duplication, accelerates updates, lowers translation costs, and ensures consistency across products, formats, and markets. The result is faster publishing, fewer errors, and documentation teams that can focus on impact rather than maintenance. Paligo combines powerful structured authoring with an intuitive SaaS interface, making it accessible to both experienced technical writers and broader content teams. From authoring and review to translation and multichannel publishing, Paligo supports the full documentation lifecycle - without compromising on control or scalability. Our mission is to help organizations move beyond static documentation and build content operations that support growth. With Paligo, teams can manage complexity with confidence and deliver documentation that keeps pace with their business.

## Paligo Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Authoring Tool with a very friendly, easy to use User Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

Gain time and increase documentation quality.

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

Before starting documentation writing, you need to think about the structure of the document.

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to duplicate information anymore.
Content publication in different format (Online Help, Training Manuals, Cheat Sheets), only in one click.
Very easy to update reused content.
Integration of localized content very efficient.

  ### 2. Simpli.fi Uses Paligo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

Paligo allows us to manage contents for our suite of products, much of which is reusable. It also allows us to interface with many different help desks and to exports multiple formats for our documents. It is very easy to learn and use, which is another positive. Finally, Paligo support is great and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

There are a few minor quirks with Paligo. I think the main annoyance for me is that the content manager menus stay expanded when I would prefer they close.

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had multiple documents in multiple places, many including the same or similar content. Plus we needed a help center for our end users. Paligo allowed us to solve these problems. Our next problem to solve is getting others in the habit of using our new help center.

  ### 3. Reliable, customizable, and full-featured tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna M. | Documentation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

Paligo is on par with documentation tools that I've used at large tech companies. Just about everything you need to manage single-sourced documentation and build it in any format. And constant feature improvements!

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

You need a bit of technical knowledge to use Paligo. Some familiarity with CSS and XML is necessary to use Paligo's features to the fullest.

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single-sourced, structured topics reduce the amount of work needed for our team to produce documentation in multiple formats. We were also able to publish a new HTML website to make help publicly available that was previously "locked up" inside our product.

  ### 4. I love Paligo!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

Reusuable content, variables, and the ability to publish specific articles instead of an entire category. Their help desk is also good and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

Can't copy a table row and insert it into another table. But I'm sure they're working on it!

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems really, but our company has changed its name a few times recently, so I realize how beneficial the variable feature is. We change the company name variable, publish the documentation, and everything is updated automatically.

  ### 5. Structured Content For the Win!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon F. | Director - Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

The simplicity. I have never written anything using a technical authoring tool and within a few hours, I was up and running with Paligo.

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

Honestly, nothing. It takes a bit of learning, but the system is so easy to use if you can conceptualize how this type of content authoring works.

**Recommendations to others considering Paligo:**

Give the free trial a go. It will make you want to convert.

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are doing all of our content authoring with the tool.

  ### 6. Paligo convert :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dolores M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

I love the interface. It's intuitive and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

Not a lot really! There is a lot of functionality we are not using and probably should, but that is not an issue with Paligo.

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no system for documentation prior to Paligo. PDFs were being created and distributed as needed and then going obsolete. Old MS Word based product guides were created, but not being updated. Our customers were frustrated. Introducing Paligo has created a central, easy to manage repository for our docs and the feedback has been great.

  ### 7. Amazing technology. A really complete CMS environment to develop Technical Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Paligo?**

Flexibility and completness of the product

**What do you dislike about Paligo?**

The lack of an Intermediate user profile that could create new topics and publications independently but cannot modify and / or add some basics defined by the administator

**What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still working to reorganize the contents of our technical documentation for Customers in order to have the maximum benefit from variants and variables.
We are still in a learning curve
