Paligo allows us to manage contents for our suite of products, much of which is reusable. It also allows us to interface with many different help desks and to exports multiple formats for our documents. It is very easy to learn and use, which is another positive. Finally, Paligo support is great and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Paligo? There are a few minor quirks with Paligo. I think the main annoyance for me is that the content manager menus stay expanded when I would prefer they close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Plus we needed a help center for our end users. Paligo allowed us to solve these problems. Our next problem to solve is getting others in the habit of using our new help center. Paligo is on par with documentation tools that I've used at large tech companies. Just about everything you need to manage single-sourced documentation and build it in any format. Single-sourced, structured topics reduce the amount of work needed for our team to produce documentation in multiple formats. There is a lot of functionality we are not using and probably should, but that is not an issue with Paligo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Paligo solving and how is that benefiting you? We had no system for documentation prior to Paligo. PDFs were being created and distributed as needed and then going obsolete. Old MS Word based product guides were created, but not being updated. Our customers were frustrated.
