**What do you like best about PALIDIN?**

Great product that scans IDs, verifies them, and stores them for future verifications

**What do you dislike about PALIDIN?**

This app constantly crashes. At least 50 times a day. Every scan the app crashes and has to be reopened.  I also have to turn the scanner off and on 1-3 times per scan. I have called support and they have tried to fix it but hav elet me know it is buggy with any sort of surface computer. Hopefully a fix is coming soon

**What problems is PALIDIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had people use fake IDs when renting our equipment as well as dispute payments. So with this we are able to send verification to the banks to avoid disputes.
