Foundry is great for people who are semi-technical but not full-on coders or data scientists. I think my favorite feature is that you can easily change columns -- the multi-column editor function is a lifesaver. You can also easily merge two different datasets. Palantir Foundry is pretty controversial at my company. The main qualm people have with it is that there is a learning curve, and that the visualizations are poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
