The best thing would be to avoid this system all together. We have tried to get assistance in fixing the issues for 4 months now, and each day is a repeat of the one before where nothing works. They may eventually solve the invoice in question, but the same problem will occur on the following invoices processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PairSoft? Lack of timely response to tickets for problems. Their team is also nonresponsive to emails/tickets, and it takes a week to get help, even on urgent issues. This "OCR" software does not read Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Dollar Amount, Invoice Date from incoming invoice documents. It attempts to GL code the invoice based on history but misses the dollar amounts and does not allow users to edit the line to add it. You have to delete that line and rekey it all. There is NO efficiency gain with this software because your team will have to touch EVERY invoice at many touchpoints. Additionally, it does not integrate/communicate well with your ERP system. Ours continually show approved in Pairsoft, but in our ERP it shows pending. Our IT team has verified the issue is occurring in Pairsoft and not our system. We also started using the approval routing feature this year, which is a NIGHTMARE. It finds the assigned workflow when it wants to, fails frequently, and Pairsoft Techs cannot find the root cause. Our invoices are simple, we process about 1200 invoices a month and that is too much for Pairsoft to handle. We have been using their system for approximately 3-4 years, but we are looking for another provider as we have outgrown them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The worst part about Pairsoft is its technical support and account management teams. They are unresponsive and routinely do not follow through. When it works with Blackbaud, it is easy to add documents to records, see any additional documents. For most users, Papersave works for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PairSoft? The version of Papersave that we are on does not play well with newer operating systems. It still requires an old version of SQL server and an EOL (end of life) version of Microsoft Server, specifically MS Server 2008 R2. This is a huge security concern. Also, there is no way to administer Papersave from an IT standpoint. We must always contact Papersave support to fix anything. Lastly, we had to update Blackbaud’s RE to a new security patch, for PCI compliance, and Papersave broke in RE. I have been told that I have to pay for an upgrade to Papersave to make Papersave integrate again with RE. That is not cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Because Blackbaud’s FE and RE do not natively support adding documents to records, Papersave is the system that integrates with both systems to add documents to each individual record in both databases.
