Despite all its capabilities, the biggest con to using Paintshop Pro is the lack of competitive Photoshop plugins that are available. Many of the best plug-ins are not compatible. PaintShop Pro is my favourite tool for image editing. thre are many things I  about it, like cropping, adding effects, and changing colours are countless, and it's quite simple to use.
