Paint Pals is painting estimating software built by a working painting contractor. It helps painting companies price interior, exterior, and cabinet jobs from real production rates, then turn estimates into proposals, signed contracts, invoices, deposits, change orders, and crew work orders in one workflow. Contractors can tune the included production standards to their crew and market, estimate on a tablet at the kitchen table, and present good/better/best options before leaving the appointment. Paint Pals is built for owner-operators and small painting companies, especially residential repaint contractors with 1-15 painters. It includes e-signing, online payments, customer pages, work orders, team access, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Zapier-compatible API/webhooks.
