PaidReady is certified payroll software built for small and mid sized public works contractors who file the federal WH-347 every week on Davis Bacon projects. You keep your existing payroll system. PaidReady takes the CSV export you already produce, with saved import mappings for QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, Paychex and Rippling, and checks each line against the wage determination in force for the project and week. ReadyCheck shows every finding with its evidence and calculation: prevailing wage shortfalls, fringe credit, overtime after 40 hours, apprentice ratios and wage determination traceability. Your team reviews, corrects the source records and reruns the checks, then prepares and signs the WH-347 in the browser with a certified e signature, Certificate of Completion and public verification page. Signed reports, supporting records and correction history stay together as an auditable record. PaidReady is not payroll software and does not replace your provider. State specific portals such as California DIR eCPR are in beta or planned, and the coverage page states plainly what is supported today. Plans: First report free with no card. Contractor $49 per company per month (5 projects, 3 users). Business $99 (25 projects, 10 users). Annual billing gives two months free.
