So happy with the service provided by Ashley at Paidnice. The best service I have had from anyone in years. The product does exactly what it says and we are thrilled to have changed to sending invoices and statements via PaidNice instead of through Xero. Paidnice is reducing my workload but automatically sending invoices and statements to customers at the times that i choose it too send them. My emails are getting through to my customers moreso with paidnice than they were with Xero which was often going to spam. We will start to introduce reminder texts soon which sounds like an excellent feature and perhaps also the prompt payment discount which I'm sure our customers will like which means they will pay us sooner.
