What do you like best about #paid?

What do you like best about #paid?

#paid offers a wide selection of collaborations you can apply to on the community board and also provides collaborations they think you would be suitable to apply to. #Paid makes it easy to access and complete collaborations for multiple platforms. Contact with a #Paid representative is always quick and helpful. The campaign brief and tasks are laid out in a way that is clear for the content creator to access and submitting content for approval is easy with #Paid's upload system. What do you like best about #paid?

I love being able to communicate with brands. #PAID employees are always very responsive, and I've never had any payment issues. #PAID is payments are always on time, and I never have to wait longer than the agreed-upon date. I wish more brands used #PAID. Also, more consistent payment dates. Having payment dates once a week versus twice a month would be a huge selling factor for #PAID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

#PAID is creating a safe space for brands and content creators to collaborate. Content creators don't have to stress about receiving their money from brands. #PAID even lets creators know about upcoming collaboration opportunities that are a good fit for the content creator. What do you like best about #paid?

What do you dislike about #paid?

I did not enjoy the user experience of the platform. Talking to the agent was difficult on mobile devices, which I often have to work off when travelling. Sometimes my messages wouldnt send no matter how much I tried. There was also no notification to the team when I uploaded content. This was only *visible to me* which makes no sense. Also there is no clarity when concepts are approved versus content. I did not enjoy the platform one bit and would prefer traditional emailing with my agents. What do you like best about #paid?

I love that the PAID staff is very professional and only shares opportunities that are suitable for you. I also love that you can give your rate freely and that there is no set rate. This to me as a creator is respecting my time and effort and most importantly is that I believe that my work is valuable. The platform is very user friendly and is one of my favorite things about it. The downside is that on the same breath as PAId sending campings to apply, sometimes it can be not so many campaigns that my profile fits in. I would like to see how I can deversify my profile to become more attractive to brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about #paid?

I love how easy it is to use the platform. All the tools are laid out very user friendly and the communication with team member has been really amazing. No matter what I need answered someone is always there in a quick amount time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about #paid?

It would be really nice to have a better system for downloading invoices. For income tax purposes, there really isn't a good way to get documents for filing taxes. It would be really nice once the collaborations were finished and paid to be able to download a PDF with all the payment information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about #paid?

#Paid has a vast range of creators (various locations, languages and costs) which makes this accessible for a variety of brands. From our experience, the way to achieve the best creative is to ensure the creators are engaged in the topic and allow them to drive the story. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about #paid?

A couple of downsides to the platform include:

- Heavier lift on the briefing side (this is quite manual and repetitive). It'd be great to be able to have sections automatically populate from previous briefs.

- In some instances I think the creator 'hand raisers' could have been further filtered to reduce the total number of options and ensure they better aligned with the project.

- Given you are working directly with the creator, at times it can be difficult to stick with timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
