**What do you like best about PageUp?**

It's customisable and we can create our own reports using custom fields we've designed in forms we've designed.
Customer service is based in Australia and highly responsive. Personalised account management for customer success.
Once familiar with the system, it becomes easy to navigate as a super user and the end user experience is very intuitive. Candidates, Employees and Managers are able to navitage the system with ease.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

The "Knowledge Portal" is like a wikipedia, but could benefit from some standarised video training sessions being made available for free. Some customisations require a minimum fee to be paid, so we end up stockpiling developments until it's worth the fee instead of making development tweaks.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pageup integrates ATS to onboarding well. We are in the process of moving from a text file integration to using API's and expect a major improvement in the visibility and utilisation of our data once the API's are working. Performance through to Succession is also connected well enough with Performance Ratings fed directly into 9-box fields.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

Definitely flexibility and the different features that can be enabled to support individual business requirements.  

Support model in place is second to none with customer service and user experience at the forefront of everything they do.

System is easy to configure to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager journey making it an easy sell for all users.

Implementation process wasn't without challenge however this was never from eArcu!

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

Nothing!  Having worked with eArcu in two different businesses, I have nothing negative to say.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we faced was the complexity and lack of flexibility in our previous system resulting in poor UX for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and onboarders.  By adding layers of automation and simplification, all user journeys have improved resulting in enhanced engagement internally and higher candidate conversion rates.  Incomplete applications have reduced exponentially providing the recruitment team with access to a higher volume and quality of applicants.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

It clearly is based on initial design from people who understand recruitment. Mercifully, Customer Support is of the highest order and given that PageUp is my home page that's critical. In particular, the efforts of our Customer Success Manager have been pivotal in staying with PageUp despite pressure from our IT Team to consolidate into a global ERP. Our CS Manager's recent and ongoing support to our slow but important optimisation program has been enormously effective in giving our instance of PageUp an overdue mid-life re-fit.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

The product needs to remain grounded and focused on the practical needs of in-house Recruiters so flashy graphs and new-age, brassy functionality are less helpful than hard but flexible data sets. An example of a more grounded approach might have been a better transition from the Legacy Reporting module to the Enhanced Reporting module. Had it been possible to automate translation of existing Legacy Reports into Enhanced Reports it would have saved us hours of work.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data is accessible, it presents as a credible and mature platform to applicants, recruiters and hiring managers so each of those interest groups are well supported.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

The system is easy to navigate and allows me, as the superuser, to easily make updates and changes to suit business requirements/changes. The advance analytics feature is extremely useful for our team, we are able to use the data and insights to drive strategy decisions and keep our stakeholders informed on performance.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

There are probably a few system limitations that impact our processes and experience but nothing major. I do find the level of knowledge when reaching out to PageUp for customer support can be quite limited and we can often be waiting weeks for an update or response on somthing that is probably quite basic and should have been resolved easily.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stronger compliance and control over recruitment activities. Easy management of applicants and jobs and advanced analytics. Candidate relationship management and talent pooling. Easy management of our careers website and reporting.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

The PageUp implementation team have been exceptional in delivering a cyber secure, recruitment and onboarding solution.  Each time I have gone to engage with PageUp, they listen, they understand the plan and they deliver on time, on budget and on scope.  They simply and easily deliver to the brief.  Their aftercare, client relationship model and support is the best I have experiences.  I would recommend them to any People and Culture function looking to simply automate and improve their employee experiences.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

There is little to say here.  If you have feedback they respond.  The tools continue to evolve and improve.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PageUp provides a standardised candidate experience, automating and improving the service that our TA team offer.  They assist hiring managers in a national business to see candidates, track the process and move on the right candidates fast.  We are seeing significant benefits in placements, time to fill and the data we collect along the journey to help us improve.

Fantastic customers (no need for tickets), impressive metrics to make data-driven decisions, very easy and impressive landing page builder.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

The PageUp modules are intuitive and easy to learn, providing a fantastic candidate and employee experience. Our CSM, David Coman, has made the overall implementation and day to day ongoing excellent providing support, regular updates, and quarterly overviews outlining how we track within our sector. The features within the system continue to allow us to achieve efficiencies within our recruitment and performance processes.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

Room for growth with the enhanced reporting. The knowledge portal does contain a significant amount of information, however may benefit from video overviews for topics.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central solution to recruitment, performance, and succession planning with our process and approach outlined within the system. By defining our process we are able to build off employee and applicant feedback, and with PageUp, strengthening our processes.

Dave Coman has been our CSM for a year, in that time he has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, when he is talking or walking us through updates or incidents there is a real confidence in his ability to articulate and understand our business and issues.

Slow product updates, priority on feedback portal for ideas - which can be clunky to use.

Our CSM Hayley Firth and live chat (Karolina B particularly) are very quick at helping with any queries. The information from CSM is clear and concise and the biweekly calls help with any ongoing issues, build a relationship with PageUp and it's also very helpful to hear about future changes.

  ### 12. Revolutionising the way we work!

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

eArcu has some really great features in terms of candidate experience - nudges to keep candidates updated on the recrutiment process and nudges for Hiring Managers and Recruiters to ensure applicants are moved through stages and remiders if you have not updated a profile. 
When posting adverts it's really helpful to be able to set an application limit to manage volumes and it's seamless and instant to post adverts live in our internal intranet and external careeers site.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

It can be a tad limiting in terms of multipe hires under the same role title but based at differnt locations - we had to create mulitple vacancies so that each region pulled through in the offer letter.
Currently it doesn't interface with our Google Meet invites so these have to be uploaded manually each time.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have asked for the facility to add interview notes to offers , for part time hours to be shown on the job advert template and littel tweaks here and there that come to light the more we use and familiarise ourselves with it.

Some of the functionality doesnt work as well in our complex environment such as interviewing booking

Ease of use for all users - we have a very complex set up and lots of different company levels and users and all find it easy to navigate and use.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

eArcu is a very user friendly system, it is very simple to use and they have a knowledgable team including the success managers and the helpdesk. What I like the best is that you are assigned with a customer success manager who has weekly calls with you to ensure you are using the system to its full potential and to discuss any challenges. I have been working with the same success manager for the past 5 years and he is always willing to go above and beyond, I truly enjoy working with my success manager, he is always offering advise on how to make our recruitment process more efficient.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

eArcu can have some system limitations e.g. creating bulk offers. We also get feedback from recruiters that there is alot of clicking involved to complete certain things for example, status changes. However, when I have mentioned these limitations, my success manager has discussed them with the development team, and they work on these for future developments of the ATS.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eArcu is saving us time with its automation through the recruitment process,  as we are in the Aviation industry we get a high volume of applications, eArcu allows us to filter through the applicants quickly and efficiently and focus on the people best suited to the job. We have an integration between eArcu and SAP Successfactors which helps the business with its efficiency and decreases admin tasks as the on boarding information from eArcu is automatically generated to SAP Successfactors - a huge benefit. We also have an integration with Microsoft Teams meaning when booking interviews on eArcu, it automatically generates the Teams links for candidate interviews, this is a huge benefit when booking multiple interviews.

The best part of using eArcu is the help and support offered by our customer success manager (Sam Venning) and the eArcu helpdesk.

Some pages can be a little tough to use - for our team who work with it daily it is fine but our stores can struggle sometimes.

eArcu help us to keep everything related to recruitment in one place and all the automated message templates etc help us save valuable time.

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

I was impressed with PageUp's response and engagement during the RFP, their professional and pragmatic approach to Client RFP related deliberations and the speed with which they provided responses to commercial aspects; plus the collaborative approach to contract negotiations and swift execution - that deliverable for me is a little victory.

From being awarded the RFP to Implementation, the internal handover was seamless, specific nuances of the contracted scope including varied opt ins was clearly articulated and understood.  The project team's attention to detail and their specific, deliberate and very organised approach, use of tried and tested templates translating to a structured and controlled execution was impressive.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

During my involvement with PageUp from RFP (incl. contract negotiation and execution) to Project Initiation, I did not identify any 'dislikes' or opportunities for improvement.

The project implementation team were excellent and guided us through the process. Their product and system knowledge was great, and no question was too difficult.

We had some challenges in one manager training session, but once raised with the PageUp team, they were quick to rectify the issue and put steps in place so it didn't happen again.

The system is like a series of building blocks - once you understand how they all connect, its very easy to build a robust and effective system

Initially understanding the different elements can take some getting used to, but no more so that other systems.  Can sometimes be frustrating that "add ons" come at a cost.

The system enables us to keep a personal touch with our candidate experience, while automating those tasks which can be more hands off

**What do you like best about PageUp?**

I find the interface clear and the system helps us to recruit using inclusive best practice, such as handling anonymous recruiting for hiring managers. Compared to other systems I've used, it's easy to complete key tasks such as setting up interviews and requesting offers.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

While the flow is clear, there can be a lot of clicks needed e.g: with status changes. We've also had feedback from hiring managers that they don't always find the flow of the system intuitive when moving from one task to another, such as how to navigate from applications to interview set up.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eArcu allows us to easily track applicants and ensures that hiring managers shortlist with reduced levels of unconscious bias thanks to anonymous recruitment principles. The reporting function has also helped us to track our progress in terms of candidate diversity and what advertising platforms are working for us and which ones aren't. This data led approach is invaluable.

PageUp has really invested in the infrastructure of the platform in the past couple of years. They have not only made functionality better, they have listened to their customers implementing things that are suggested by the users themselves.

It is very much so a shelf product. Can be difficult to have modifications considered for your instance.

Speed of go to market for adverts and onboarding employees

I have been using PageUp since May 2010. Great functionality and fantastic support
Very flexible and I can manage a lot of the platform  and make changes myself without having to get PageUp to do it
Support is 24/7 via chat or lodging a support docket - or just use Knowledge Portal and figure it out yourself
Community forum is a great way to put development ideas forward and vote on community ideas
I can stand up mass recruitment campaigns very easily and manage the applications, including using features like Talent Pool to drill down

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

The new Enhanced reporting is powerful but just taking a bit of time to adjust.

**What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass recruitment, Online offers and Onboarding
Greatly reduces paperwork and improves reporting/compliance

I have used competitor systems but I find eArcu the very best. The platform is simple, easy to use, and great to maximize success in recruiting. The  eArcu team are so easy and efficient in offering support or guidance when it is needed :)

As a smaller organisation, we don't get the full benefits of the system as we use the smaller version; not really a moan, but it would be nice to feel there was a benefit of a different kind for a smaller business

A myriad of problems, from automating processes like candidate management and communications to online delivery of letters and contracts. Having used the full version of the software onboarding is a definite benefit to improving the new starter journey, saving time spent filling out forms post start really means new people get to hit the ground running quicker.

We are not able to get the Live support that is available. This could be because of our location as we support the recruitment activity from Malaysia. However, this should be made possible no matter the location as the full potential of the system will benefit the team one way or another.

Not many at all. Reporting is complicated. However, if you need an easy report, there are lots of standard visuals and dashboards available without any customisation.

Having explored many products in the industry, I think Clinch offers comprehensive coverage of features for companies who are seeking flexibility in presenting content and setting up automated workflows. It's not JUST a careers website, but an opportunity to pursue and collect leads. I also appreciate the relationship with my customer success team, they are always supportive in providing training, resources and roadmap updates. It's great the team is also based in the same timezone.

**What do you dislike about PageUp?**

Not dislike, but would recommend more optimization for rich media formats (for example, unable to choose thumbnails for videos; or easily add videos in blogs). 
If anything we weren't able as an internal team to fully optimize all the great features due to resourcing.

The website helps us communicate our values and culture to candidates, offering flexibility within our small team to quickly upload or edit content instantly. There is also a lot of value with the CRM, but our recruiters haven't had the time or resource to fully utilize it.

The customer support I receive has been great. They work with me to find solutions to meet our specific needs. The features and functionality are great, and we're still in the process of fully building out many of them to take full advantage of the platform.

Some of the functionality that I'd like doesn't yet exist, so I've had to come up with some creative solutions to solve some issues, but the team have been great at helping me design these solutions with me.

We're using the Sourcing Board functionality to build out talent pipelines. This is going well, and I'm excited to see it when it's fully operational and automated. We plan to build out segmented communication plans once this is built, to connect with candidates and ensure we have candidates that are screened, ready to go, and ready to fill vacancies as they arise.

Don't compare Clinch with agency platforms (SmashFly, TalentBrew, Phenom, etc). Clinch is all about giving you the keys to the car, not about being your driver.
