Catalytic is a flexible digital automation tool that can do it all. It's ease of use to perform integrations to both cloud and on-prem systems as well as provide a clean UI to build end to end process workflows creates great opportunity to unify disparate pools of data together via the data table functionality. With an impressive out-of-the-box integration suite to choose from, there's still versatility in the platform to create custom connections to virtually any cloud or on-prem system. With outstanding leadership from top down, the Catalytic product team never ceased to impress our project team. During initial implementation and PoC of the tool, their director of engineering worked with our company to build out those initial use cases and helped educate our team on architectural components of their platform. This commitment to the customer is an impressive trait that every employee across Catalytic seems to take to heart. These initial engagements set our project team up for long-term success. Though the platform is missing some capabilities, as seen in more mature digital transformation technologies in the market, their engineering team regularly makes product releases with feature enhancements—these enhancements more than address any concerns. Catalytic is a versatile platform which is conducive to robust solutioning for any type of user regardless of their technical background. Catalytic picks up the heavy lifting when it comes to hosted service so that users can start building their first automation solutions on day 1. Catalytic provides a flexible framework where users can effectively use pre-defined JS building blocks from a toolbox to create solutions which make sense for their relative business challenges. Non-technical users are introduced to the concept of iterations and variables early on and the UI/UX of the platform eliminates the initial "Oh jeez, I don't know how to code!" barrier which typically overwhelms these types of users. For technical users, Catalytic continues to release practical studio functional components/products allowing traditional developers the opportunity to build, compile, test, and release their solutions with unprecedented agility. Wrapping all of this together is the partnership that Catalytic extends to its clients and users. Often times, these types of cloud hosted automation as a service providers give the keys to the platform but don't stick around to ensure the users succeed. Catalytic is different in this way. But the product does evolve regularly so it's important to make sure that your users and your COE are up to speed on the most recent updates and increased functionality. Catalytic has done a much better job of releasing trainings when functionality is released so just setting aside time and making sure that the team has taken the training and ideally been certified is a huge value add. We're focused on removing the high volume, monotonous/tedious work throughout the enterprise in intelligent ways. We've been able to isolate root cause issues in end to end processes then patch up that issue so that downstream processes aren't negatively affected.
