When it comes to transformations and moderate to large step by step programs, catalytic starts to fail due to size limitations and a lack of functions around CSV and Excel **What do you dislike about PagerDuty Process Automation?** Much work needs to be done around CSV and Excel functionality. Due to limitations in table size, users are almost forced to work in these methods with limited tools and capabilities **Recommendations to others considering PagerDuty Process Automation:** While the tool is user friendly, users need to be able to leverage JavaScript code in a basic capacity.
