I love that the software is so intuitive for clients and myself to use, and they have an increadable support team that is quick, responsive and very friendly and kind. I was able to set up Page Proof for my business in a very short amount of time and quickly move to a VERY streamlined reviwing process with clients. I LOVE seeing APPROVED emails come into my inbox, and I even am back to loving to make changes to assets as the are clear and easy to undestand. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** That I didn't commit sooner. I spent about 2 months of trialing software before deciding on Page Proof. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** I struggled with managing timley page edits and change requests. As the Admin of our FOR REVIEW process, I am now able to capture all the mark ups and make sure the To-Do list is checked off. Before this platform we were using email threads to communicate and review, this was very stressful and chaotic and not all feedback requests were getting updated. PageProof delivers that right out of the gate with easy to use workflows that expedite onboarding when sending proofs out. We've completely transformed our proofing system. They're always adding new features. Additionally, they've been fantastic to work with when it comes to support and customizing for our workflows with integrations. I've already done demos for peers and couldn't recommend PageProof more as an online proofing system. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** It's hard to think of something but it would be great if permission were a little more granular to allow non-admins access to other users' proofs. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously each customer service person had their own method for sending off proofs. Emails would go back and forth or sometimes get lost. We never had visibility into the proofing process because it was individualized. It makes our proofing process effortless. Our clients like using it - the UI is clean and efficient. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** We love everything about using PageProof - there are a few areas where we think there could be enhancements: we initially started using the extension with InDesign, but have not used it since we ran into a problem of the annotations not staying with the content after changes are made. We don't know if updates have been made to this, but it's not a problem as we use multiple monitors and having the PageProof open on one and working on the other makes it easy. We have not trained our clients well enough to use the markup tools effectively. A few of them use the pencil tool that makes a note on the page versus identification of the exact area of revisions. (using draw tool or highlight tool) **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves our problem of project bottlenecks due to proofing delays. It allows for our client to share the proof with others. It supports our workflow, internal and external file review with integrations with monday.com. It allows us to know if the client has seen the proof. It keeps all of the communication from the client together in one place vs looking through @mentions or emails. It keeps all of the versions in one place and lets us know if the revisions have been made. Desigers get to-do lists that integrate with InDesign so that the revisions appear within the software. ### 32. PageProof's support is insanely responsive and gets back to us with questions and feedback quicker than our own IT lol. They also have Adobe plugins so you can see comments and copy/paste items directly from proof comments inside of adobe apps! **What do you dislike about PageProof?** Once a 'workflow' has started, you can't change your mind or add others who are needed to review the proof. you have to start over with a new revision to add the people you want. You can add 'passive' reviewers, but not 'mandatory' reviewers, which is a daily occurance here. scope and escalations mean we need to add new people who have to give their feedback when the time is right. There are so many benefits: asking questions and getting answers from right inside the proof from team members vs. sending separate emails relating to the project; seeing changes on proofs right in our design program; using the text replace function easily makes the change for me saving multiple corrections needed when input manually; the expedience of the PP team to answer questions and address any issues, (that are very few) when they arise is so helpful and in real-time. The PP team is also open to suggestions from us and has made additions to the program process, making this software feel custom-made for our team! We don't want to route jobs any other way now! One of our favourite features is the smart compare function for verifying amends/changes from one version to another, it's really clever and easy. The second call out would have to be the integration with monday.com, again super easy to set up and means we can track and manage our proofs in one place. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** We haven't found any downsides yet! We recently had a query about a limitation with the monday.com tracking but within 24hours I was on a zoom call with one of the pageproof teams who talked me through a workaround which solves the problem. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously managed artwork approvals manually via PDFs, it was a slow process to initiate and involved lots of comms to chase through. Pageproofs workflows does this for us and it's a far more interactive process.
