Looks good and works really well. The single subscriptions for any amount of users is really good model. Other software could learn a lesson here. Training and online resources, particularly Youtube, are a step up from other plaforms. We bechmarked against proofHQ and Ziflow - selected PageProof after much testing in studio. During testing lists feature was a particular 'must have' feature that others coudn't match. Adobe CC integrations also much more comprehensice and well designed compared to Ziflow. The plugin actually flows text amends into you INdesign/Illustrator docs. Notifications via teams [or slack etc] very good as is ability to turn of EMAIL notifications and exclusivly use messaging. Other plaforms very email centric which is annoying when all other internal comms are via Teams/Slack. Sharing of review links wthout email also a feature Ziflow couldn't match. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** The 2 x list limit on 'Team' pricing tier seems overly restrictive. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speeding up and improving reliability of client/internal feedback. Sometimes I need the final approver in the first round of edits, which means they need to approve twice, which can confuse the users. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we found Pageproof we handled all our edits and revisions through email or PowerPoint documents. It was very challenging to get precise information and keep track of it. The chatbox feature, the abundance of brief and clear articles with instructions, ease of booking appointments, and responsiveness to feedback (ex: Uploading approved proofs to subitems instead of items, and HTML Proofing demo) **What do you dislike about PageProof?** The UI and icons are unfamiliar to the US users and too many menus when i'd rather 1 panel that'll reveal all the info I need. Bulk actions UI in dashboard needs to be more streamlined to be checkbox based. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** PageProof allows for HTML proofing and robust website proofing (having both ADA advisors and back-end developers working on the same proof to great results). Being able to proof webpages, audio files, video, and other digital media is great. All of our agency's needs regarding reviewing and amendments to work can be done in one place. Being able to add attachments to the comments giving greater visual information on which to base our amendments has been a blessing. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** There isn't much that I dislike about the software but if I had to choose something, it would be time stamps of specific changes provided by the client and timestamps showing when those changes were checked off. This would be helpful especially when dealing with numerous changes on numerous proofs. **Recommendations to others considering PageProof:** I recommend setting up a paid subscription if you need a service for getting client feedback for everyone in your organization. You will certainly see the benefits of using PageProof immediately and your clients will certainly appreciate the ease with which they can request changes and amendments. It also makes tracking the various stages of proofing with clients easily by allowing you to see the differences between one proof and another. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving issues with client review. Previously we sent emails back and forth and had to rely on written instruction for making changes and then figuring out what was being requested. We now have clear information on what needs to be changed and what to change it to. It has sped up the workflow process considerably.
