**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I like that I'm able to submit edits easily and I really enjoy being able to go back see previous versions of the proofs.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Sometimes the software will crash although it's rare and it will not allow you to combine images into one proof.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of submitting edits to our design team! I like the version feature.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

The layout and functionality is solid. It has everything you need and doesn't overload you with features you'll never use. Our team uses this for design collaborations and label compliance checks and it's absolutely invaluable. Pageproof's team checks inw ith us occasionally and have made it clear we can reach out any time for help, which is nice.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

One improvement that could be made is being able to, as a user, see who is the approver in each step of the process of a pageproof flow. I believe currently this feature is only for the admin on the project, which makes sense, but the option would be nice. Not a huge deal either way

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration between remote employees would be absolutely impossible for our business without this kind of tool. We couldn't run a remote business without pageproof

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

From a designer perspective, PageProof gives reviewers the ability to notate exactly which line of copy, which graphic, etc. the reviewer is referring to. No more guessing on my end what they're really asking for.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

All of the different variables (e.g., reviewer status, roles, workflows) can be very difficult to understand and remember. I realize PageProof caters to many different organizations, team sizes and roles, but because their customer service team is so supportive and helps me whenever I'm stuck quickly, it doesn't sway my opinion.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback on designs and copy from stakeholders outside of our department. We're able to collect all of the comments in one place and keep record of them. As a financial institution, we're audited yearly. Pageproof has been a big help in our record keeping. We have legal steps we need to adhere to regarding compliance laws and with PageProof we're able to keep track of time stamps, comments, notes, changes, etc. to provide to our compliance team.

Pageproof makes it easy for teams and clients to collaborate in real time. Stakeholders can leave comments, annotations, and approvals directly on files—eliminating endless email threads and confusion over feedback. It's also easy to integrate to other platforms and the customer support is very good. We use it here everyday.

We don't have anything to complain about it so far.

The exporting comments sometimes is a bit slow.

It amalgemates all my colleagues comments in one place. I also love being able to track version history.

As a smaller team, we're still fiddling with how to best use workflows, but it's easy enough to set up and make work for what we need.

We no longer have to go back and forth over email with multiple people to get comments on an asset - everything is in one place and everyone has access to the most recent version of the document.

PageProof has streamlined our proofing process immensly.  It is very efficient and user friendly. The support staff is very responsive and always helpful.

We would like the thumbnail of the proof when initiating a proof to be larger to view.

Getting proofs to our clients is much faster than our original process. Minimizing and/or eliminiating errors on proofs. Multiple people on a proof and being able to have all changes and communication in one spot. Being able to quickly reference past proofs.

PageProof is dead simple to pick up and use for our reviewers. We devote almost zero time to instruct them on how to comment on artwork we route through PageProof and in return we get quick and direct feedback where we need it most.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

PageProof could scale better. While it provides excellent ability to distribute a single project to the team for rapid input and revisions at ground level, it’s less helpful in understanding how groups of projects are progressing from a 10,000 foot view.

As a Packaging Manager, I use PageProof to obtaining input and approval toward brand execution and regulatory compliance in the execution of our product labeling and packaging.

PageProof is easy to use for our clients, easy to use for our designers.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I dislike that features we used to be able to use are now only usable if we pay more.  I would like to be able to get an audit record of client comments with dates and times as a standard feature.

We create 3D and 3D content for clients. Pageproof solves the problem of providing content for review and collating the comments and requests from clients.

Wow this has changed my life. We moved from another solution and this has been the easiest transition of software I've ever been a part of. The UI is so simple, yet it has so many integrations that make it very powerful. We use it to integrate with monday.com to get art approvals from external stakeholders - no downloads or passwords for my customers to remember.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The mobile view could be better, but it still gets the job done much better than previous solutions.

We can get quick, collaborative feedback from internal and external stakeholders. We are able to save timestamped approvals to our internal shared drive in a meaninful way. We are also sharing info with our PM's through the monday.com integration.

Don't get live updates of your feedback - if you brief a change that you're not sure about, or has potentially multiple possibilities - you have to wait to get the revision.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

PageProof if every marketers' dream come true! It's easy to use, has a very short learning curve and was easy to implement for my team. We use this platform every single day, and has quickly become one of our core operation programs that we could never go without. They also add new features very frequently that are actually helpful, and clearly care about the feedback they receive from their customers. Their customer support is also some of the best I've had with any SaaS programs.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The reviewer tools, while impressive, are sometimes overwhelming for reviewers who have less experience with design and more sophisticated SaaS programs. I would love to see an option to limit the amount of tools that reviewers have access to, to make things more streamlined on their end. Less is more, for our reviewers in particular.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous proofing process took 2 weeks on average to get one marketing piece approved. Reviewers could not see others' suggested revisions which led to a multitude of misunderstandings and back-and-forth on other platforms. PageProof has fixed all of these problems for us. Our average time to proof an item now takes only 2-3 days, comments and requested changes are completely visible to all reviewers, and the automatic workflows ensure that it's a hands-off process for the proofers until they receive a to-do list. Our marketing team has never been so streamlined with a process!

Getting clients to use it even though it is very simple to use. Often times they still want to email approval and changes because they don't want to take time to go into program

Providing a vehicle where I can see all changes made and compare side by side online to make sure everything is completed correctly. Also allows clients that do not have full fledged acrobat to be able to digitally mark up pdfs

Page Proof has tranformed the way we proof our packaging artwork - it has made the process more streamlined, it is so simple and easy to use and te customer support is amazing. Our account specialist Marc Budomo has been so helpful if we every have any questions and he's great at explaining everything in our team training sessions.

Page Proof is a tool we now use daily i our office and it's so easy to keep track of where the proofs are at especially with staff and offices in different locations. There are so many great features and Page Proof welcome feedback on improvements that could be beneficial.

Page Proof intergrates easily with so many different software options, making the implementation of this proofing software seamless.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The least helpful area of Page Proof is the storage folder area for Collections of files. If there was te ability to create folders within folders that would be beneficial.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Page Proof is helping to bring our proofing system into the digital world - this helps with speed and accuracy and it means wew have more time to meet our packaging artwork deadlines.

Pageproof has been amazing. It has streamlined our communication between the design team and consultants/clients. The ability to track changes and compare versions is great. They keep adding improvements to enhance the experience. Their customer service is great and provide many online support videos.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The only improvement we would like to see is a grammar check feature. The adobde software we use does not have add ons for this and would be great to have it in Pageproof.

It has decreased the back and forth communication between our design team and clients by making the requested changes much easier to understand within the platform.

i personally like the implementation of the workflow.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

We should be able to drag and drop projects. Viewing videos in 4k. More options for reviewing process such as being able to draw freely on the video/photo/project for accurate reviewing. It often has difficulties uploading large files (300MB+).

Reviewing process with multiple reviewers.

Did you know you can drag and drop projects - i.e, several files at once? You can also drag and drop a zip file containing multiple files too. 
If you are uploading very large files, you can drag and drop them, but it is sometimes easier to select the file from Dropbox, Box, OneDrive etc to avoid uploading via your browser drag and drop.

It would be good if PageProof could incorporate interactive functionality from platforms such as Figma.

Very collaborative, and easy to use. The interface was nicely designed. The support team at PageProof were always quick to help, and even made an update to the application based on my feedback.

The only downside i can think of is that there are almost too many features. I didn't even use 1/3 of all the features available

I have have been using PageProof for over 4 years and have found it a fantastic tool for my team. We are able to collaborate and review proofs in a way that's much easier than tracking emails and manually reviewing PDFs. It has been very easy to onboard new members of staff to the system, and they PageProof team are always offering us regular training and updates. The "smart compare" feature is a fantastic bonus.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I wish there were more levels of organisation on the dashboard. Collections are great, but I would like to be able to further organise the files within the collections.

Traditional review processes often involve multiple rounds of feedback from various stakeholders, which can be cumbersome and confusing. PageProof centralizes feedback, allowing all comments and suggestions to be gathered in one place. This reduces miscommunication and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

Finding and filtering for specific projects is a little cumbersome. I wish the dashboard was a bit more robust for this purpose.

Their customer service is better than any I have experienced. My team and I use PageProof every day, sending out thousands of proofs per year. We love it, our clients love it, and it integrates into our existing workflow. Any time I have questions or run into trouble I know I can reach out via chat and instantly connect with a real person! They also are constantly making improvements on the product, so I know they're listening to user needs.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Hard to say. I used their Adobe CC plugins for awhile, but ran into a few bugs so I stopped. When it worked, they were gold! Haven't tried them in awhile so the bugs are quite possibly resolved.

Routing; giving and receiving feedback and approvals

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

This sofware was very easy to implement within the company. The software is very easy to use and I like that I can pin point something that needs to be fixed and leave a comment while also being able to see everyone elses feedback. I especially like that we are able to pass up approvers if it has been past a certain amount of time. This keeps the whole team on the same page with project development and quality documents. Integrating this sofware into our copmany SOP was very easy and everyone seemed to get the hang of it pretty quick and with ease.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Sometimes there are people that forget to approve the documents, the people that you want to see it and approve but they just don't look at it, making it hard to get past that certain point and go ahead with pushing these things into production, printing, etc.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Page proof is solving the old method of people loosing the papers we gave them and it taking months to route a document. This way its digital and if they are taking too long we can skip them  or nudge them.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

It is a well structured approval/review tool. The interface is very accessible and the experience is simple and intuitive. I transitioned from another platform and found this one a big upgrade.

I love the workflow feature, altough I would like some improvements.

I also like that it integrates with Management Software like Monday.com, which is very useful to handle our high volume of work.

There are constant improvements and updates making more features available for users.
The support team/customer service is extremely efficient.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I miss a timeline planning feature. The other platform had an explicit review process with timeframes and progress from beggining to end. WIth PageProof I need to handle timelines from Monday.com and update them manually. Although PageProof has a step process workflows, the timeframes for each round has to updated manually, which is not efficient for the type of work I do (2-3 rounds sometimes more).

I like that comments can be added to a proof and a clean and easy way to follow. No more messy printed proofs with unreadable chicken-scratch! I also like that you can go back and review old proofs, making way for an excellent "paper trail".

I have not run in to any outsstanding issues so far.

For years we sent printed proofs in folders to the various stakeholders. Proofs frequestly got lost or buried in someones office. Reading handwriting could also be challenging. PageProof solved all these problems! Noe proofs can be processed in a few days rather than a few weeks.

1. Create the proof without reviewers first, then open the proof for your outbox, annotate it, then add your reviewers and send it.
2. Or, set the proof up and schedule it to be sent out at a later time/date. This way you can open the proof and annotate it before it is sent.

So far the only tiny issue we’ve encountered is occasional proof hang or timeout but it’s been very rare.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

PageProof helps with visibility and structure of proofing. The dashboard is very useful for people managing multiple approvals at once, and the workflows create structure and provide notifications and easy to track deadlines and status.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

PageProof doesn't handle Microsoft Word documents very well. It treats them like a pdf, so you can still leave comments within PageProof, but you can't suggest edits directly on the document. Office 365 solves this problem, but we used Word documents extensively for copy reviews because of how efficiently we could leave and accept feedback.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get our reviews out of individual email inboxes, and while notifications still come to the user's email, the dashboard view of all proofs organized by due date was a great feature. We also were looking for a tool that helped with reviewing video content and PageProof worked well for that purpose.
