**What do you like best about PageProof?**

The most useful feature for us has been version history and the compare tool. Being able to reference comments on a previous version, to recall specific feedback, and compare edits between versions has really reduced the number of versions we end up with, and the number of mistakes has been drastically reduced. Customer service is also fanstastic. I get responses quickly and almost always have any issues rectified or explained.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The only thing I would change is the functionality of the Asana integration. It would be great if the functions could be adjusted based on agency needs.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Version history is streamlined and easy to navigate, as well as a hub for keeping records of all the edits over the course of a proof.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I'm a freelance French translator. I would get sent proofs in English to translate into French. Pageproof was extremely user friendly and easy to use. I was able to pick up on the software quickly due to the simplicity of the various tools available. The compare mode allowed me to view my new changes while comparing them to the original document on the same screen. The various proofing tools were adaptable to my needs such as highlighting text to translate or using the red pen to translate words from an image. I was able to get real time feedback from the document owner and make any necessary changes easily. The comment section allowed me to go back and forth with editing suggestions until the final product was complete.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

There is nothing I did not like about PageProof. This software was a great tool to make changes and to keep track of all my edits. I would recommend PageProof to anyone wanting an accessible and useful proofing tool.

PageProof is allowing me to easily translate and make changes to a document, while following the process of my changes and communicating with the document owner to get to a finished product efficiently.

The site is extremely easy to learn and from a teaching point of view the site is easy to navigate and for new users to navigate and learn. Implementation is simple and integration to systems are possible.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

If someone does not have knowledge on the creation of workflow templates with the correct user types the workflow process runs to the end of the template and can then send the proof to all users. There are notes to list that the proof will run through but some users don't read them.

I love how there is an automated system that allows for regular reminder emails to be sent to the assigned people. It allows for all people to add their comments and the editor to see what needs to be done. The to-do list is also a great guide for those who may not know what to look for!

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I love how you can share content in a variety amount of formats, PDFs, webpages, emails and now PowerPoint and Word documents. It makes life so much easier being able to share content with a range of SMEs and stakeholders to receive feedback all in the one place with the visibility of previous versions.  
The chat support service if gold star - anytime I have needed to solve a problem they have been able to answer any questions or walk me through the process at the drop of a hat.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

When reviewing a webpage using a html link, if there have been live changes to that page, the updates are also reflected in your proofs so can be a bit confusing. I do love how PageProof is consistently making enhancements to make using the software easier.

I think it's great how it has made recent enhancements to accommodate for document reviews through Word and PP. Makes it so much easier during our review process.

The ability to mark up specifc  parts of the proof and draw your own selection is a game-changer. Edits come through so much clearer, and the controls really make proofing a breeze. We've onboarded several of our clients with PageProof and its seemlessly integreated into their workflow and easy for them to make sense of.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I do wish ALL the settings of the proof were editable after the proof was posted. There are workarounds, but nothing is more annoying than deleting a proof because you haeva. misinput on the sender/checklist fields. On the same note, I wish the templates were fully customizable (message/sender fields in particular).

It solves recurring issues and lapses in communication by making the whole process inituitive and streamlined.

I like that page proof makes it so effortless for our schools. We like to use PageProof to approve templates, and the school has an easy to review, change, and approve the templates.

There arent alot of instructions for new users. A lot of our work was trial and error. Had we been able to send a tutorial to our schools, they would have had an easier time.

It's easy to use. The interface is pretty straightforward.

The integration with creative cloud is not very beneficial in that it doesn't link the pageproof file and the creative cloud file so you could have a pageproof file open with the incorrect matching design file. 

You can't save a sort feature you prefer. You are stuck with the default.

It makes proofing easier than what we used before which is beneficial.

Not a deal breaker but was hoping there was a way to retrieve deleted proofs.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I love how simple and striaght forward the tool is. We have a lot of internal clients who don't love learning new technology, but its hard for them to argue with "highlight, type your comment." Also the intergration with monday.com and teams has made tracking and communications super easy. Making it an everyday essential in our workflows.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The only real issue we have run into is sometimes the powerpoint documents don't load well in Pageproof. I think this was a known issue, but I might be mistaken.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we had was our collateral material in the design department would go through 17 versions of review. It felt like everyone ever had to review documents and send up marked up PDFs, and sometimes they would have conflicting edits. Pageproof solved it by having all the edits in one place, and when they were at odds. I didn't have to middle man as "They said this but you said that, who has more authority?"

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

Two elements stand out the most. First up is how simple it is to use, for both our staff, and our clients. Other online approval software we used had too many menu's and buttons when viewing a proof and became complex to explain to clients how to use, transitioning to Page proof has been seamless and we get a lot of comments from clients as to how easy it is to use. We get a much higher compliance of clients approving via this system which makes our internal processes much more enjoyable to follow.

The next aspect is the free online youtube videos for explaining the system and tutorials. These are fun, short and simple to follow making it easy to train new staff and share with clients if there are a little reluctant to try new software for approvals. We have a large client base so educating people easily with these links to videos saves us a lot of admin/training time.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I'm honestly struggling to think of things that don't work for how we currently use it. There are small nuances for our particular worklfow that would help us but Pageproof are always up for receiving our feedback and are CONSTANTLY developing the software with improvements. Something i wish that other software providers were more keen to do.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Try to explain via email how you want a graphical image or logo to change, using just words and see how many attempts it takes to get that right. Pageproof offers our clients a visual way to highlight exactly what they want to change, how they want it changing and where they want it moving too if needed. PageProof has also given our admin team the ability to select which amends to action and this becomes a checkable action list for our artwork team to follow and complete.
Overall it has reduced our external emails and internal discussions significantly as a business giving us quicker turn around times for our customers and improving our accuracy on changes.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

When we first brought on PageProof, we had tried quite a few things already...We switched from paper inter-office mail routing, to ipads and some email based proofing but it always seemed to fall apart because there was no structure to the proofing process. With PageProof, proofing has never been easier! We created rigid routing structures so that our proofs went to the right people at the right time. It sped up turn around on proofs that used to take weeks down to minutes, even when our stakeholders are traveling. Efficiency of the Marketing department went up, our proofs were more accurage, no more confusion as to who made what edit, etc. One of the best pieces of software our team has implemented. Since implementation, we have used PageProof for thousands of pieces, and has become a daily part of our Marketing routing. It has been a breeze to implement and train, even for those who are not the most computer savvy.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

For proofers, the splash page that explains the proof is often missed. I could see improvements made to increase visibility of the proof name/description of use while they are proofing.

Proofs getting lost in inter office mail, confusion as to who made what edit, sloppiness of returned proofs, structure to ensure proper chain of command

The only downside is it's very expensive - we only use it with a small team of 5 people, and it's the most expensive software we use in our business.

I love how intutive it is for customers to give feedback on documents. I love how easy it is to get a hold of customer service, and though I haven't used it in a fair while for external clients. I still use it internally.

I wish there was more ways to white-label the experience. I also wish that there was more connections with project management or MIS systems. I do wish that there was also a way to prevent "Stolen" proofs, and perhaps a "Flippable" book view for when a client wants to proof a magazine without coming into the store.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

It's very intuitive to use and even reviewers who have never seen it before can get straight on and mark up corrections. The system is flexible enough to handle different sorts of files and works well for marking up text corrections (some systems we looked at were really geared towards artwork comments and corrections). Another feature PageProof has which meant it suited us more than competitor products is that you can delete and edit other people's comments (so if someone makes an irrelevant comment you can remove it from the proof before sending to a freelancer, for example). Customer support has been brilliant.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

It can get a little glitchy on long multi-page documents. There isn't quite so much flexibility as with our old system to mark up text formatting changes such as bold or italic.

Being able to share proofs with multiple reviewers at the same time means that workflows are much faster.

It's so intuitive. The support and training available is great (there is a video for literally any question you can think of!) but I know a lot of our company didn't have time and just learnt  as they went. For reviewing, it's so simple they didn't need any help and got on with it from day one

For setting up a proof for reviewing, there is a slight learning curve on what roles to assign to who. You design a workflow backwards which feels counter intuitive to begin with but you soon get used to it.
Initially I was getting a lot of email notifications -which defeated the point of using it for us- but as soon as I found out how to adjust my notifications and do most of my interactions via the Teams plugin, things were much quieter

That multiple people can comment and that comments are recorded for future refences. It is so easy to use and for people using it for the first time it is not over complicated. Being able to look back at prevous version is a huge advantage.

Sometimes it does not show where on the artwork the comment is made and that comments sometime show on the next page instead of current page. I have had this issue when oterh people have made comments

It is saving me so much time by having comments made instead of printing out proofs and trying to decipher hand writing and comments made. The ease of the programme and having the different versions saved in the history is a big help when someone has made a change but then forgets they made the comment and I can go back and check. Being able to tag the correct people into the notes I make is a big help.

It allows us to automate a major daily part of our workflow, and integrates well with our Project Management software. I honestly don't have any major complaints. Any concerns I've ever expressed have been promptly addressed by their customer service.

I love the tool so much that I phoned up my past employers to get them on the industry's best-kept secret too. 

Really really love PageProof. We have enforced an all company policy that no designs may be sent in any other way and this is the easiest policy to instill and stay on top of.

It is so intuitive and easy to use! Even reviewers who may not be as tech-savvy are able to easily provide feedback on my proofs. It's so helpful to be able to upload multiple versions and look back at what changed. And it's super easy to customize your workflows, which is a huge plus!

I mainly use PageProof for beta webpages, and the slight downside with that is that the proof updates automatically as the webpage does. So if you make a change in a new version, the previous version won't show the original, but will also show the update. Not a huge deal at all though, just the only downside I could think of!

When I first started in my position, we didn't have a tool like PageProof for collecting feedback. It was a tangled mess of email chains, comments in our project management tool, and Teams chats. It was impossible to track everything and loop people into the same conversation. Feedback from our stakeholders was often hard to decipher and implement and took a long time. PageProof has simplified all of these things and I am loving it!!

I really like this platform for artwork approval. I cuts out the awkwardness of having to request approval via email and then having to send reminders. You can set a deadline and PageProof will send out reminders and nudges for you. You can highlight documents and leave comments in a similar way to Adobe Acrobat. I also appreciate how you are able to tick of amends as you go through them and send replies. Altogether a really useful piece of software for designers.

My only con is that i can't seem to be able to place completed/signed off artwork into folders within the archive. It would be really good to see this feature, so that I can organised my archived artworks which in turn would make it easier to search for old artwork should I need to reference it.

The thing I like  best about PageProof is that everyone can see everyone's comments and have conversations about what does and does not need to be changed. It is so much easier to make changes when things can be circled and explained opposed to lengthy or unclear remarks typed out in an email.

The order and approval steps from one person to another still causes issues. I know it is simple, but it doesn't always work the way we want it to, or think it will.

Cannot link from SharePoint directly, cannot upload Word files without visual mistakes being created by the software.

PageProof is easy to ramp up on quickly. It keeps all of my stakeholders conversations in one place. And, for me most importantly, it holds everyone accountable for their part in the review process. Also, the affordablity of the tool made it an easy sell in my budget.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

A plugin has to be loaded onto individual users browsers in order to view some types of content. In a perfect world, At this price, though, it's not a big concern.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before PageProof, our content reviewers used comments features in Acrobat, but often edited on their own versions. My designers had to decifer edits from 3 to 10 reviewers whose edits often conflicted with their colleauges. My design team was then tasked with managing that broken process, and they frequently felt the wrath of the reviewers. There was also lack of accountablity from the reviewers with over 90% of projects "abandoned" by the requestor with no information given as to why. Usually, it was because they got what they needed but any followup from my team was ignored. With PageProof, the project does not move forward until everyone has reviewed and signed off. 

Also, previously published projected where found to have errors after publication resulting in 98% of all  projects requiring 3 to 5 republishings of the same piece within the first two weeks after first publishing. My team was usually blamed for these errors although it rarely was their error. With PageProof, we have only had one republishing in the last 16 months and it was easy to prove the mistake was not from my team. 

We had a massive lack of accountablity on the requestor side, with my team being blamed for mistakes. The accountablity PageProof drives has changed the way my team operates in the company.

One of the most useful aspects of PageProof is that we can use it to review live content on our LMS. This has helped increase the teams' efficiency when building content, as previously, the process was extremely manual and not at all collaborative. Now, when our Instructional Designers build content (directly in the LMS, as well as videos, audio, visuals documents etc.), we can all review and feed back in one place. This has also been very helpful when engaging with external suppleirs and subject matter experts.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

We have experienced some downtime with the service recently, which has been frustrating when trying to get courses signed off. This particularly seems to happen when reviewing video content.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned in my review, the most helpful thing is that we can do everything in one palce. It's particuarly key that password protected content on our LMS can be reviewed, and it updates live - retaining version history for easy reference
