Needs Better Folder Structure and More Flexible Proofing Tools **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025 **What do you like best about PageProof?** It's fine to review proofs and get client feedback. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** I do not like that there isn't a folder structure. The proofing tool is also kind of annoying, I go to mark up things and then click a other key on my board and it thinks I'm asking to use a smart feature. I also don't like that you cannot mark up mult. pages at a time. I hate that I can't see everything within my agency unless I am added to a proof. Same goes for uploading a proof, unless I am an owner I cannot do so. I could understand that from a company perspective, but as a creative agency I don't find that helpful at all. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly not much besides keeping all client edits together. **Official Response from Gemma Rann:** > Thank you for your review. We have a subfolder system coming in 2026 which will allow further structuring for organization beyond folders and collections which are available now.
