With PageProof you have to wait for a client to comment and submit a proof and then you make the changes, resubmit the proof and the process starts over... but if you have a change or see an error and want to resend the file you have to completely resend and start a whole new proof number, you cant just send it to them. With the clients I email proofs to, I can just be like OOPS here is the correction and they can look at it no problem. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** It works as a go-between for submitting proofs to clients and as a way for them to mark it up for corrections and eventually approve it. It’s also helpful when feedback shifts, like being told to make a change in Version 1 and then getting different direction in Version 3. Having that version history keeps everything documented and easy to reference. I also love being able to pinpoint edits directly on the file. It saves me from having to write out long descriptions or explain where something needs to be changed, the comment goes exactly where the update is needed, which is a huge time-saver. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** The email upload process could definitely be improved. I’d love the ability to simply email in my email like other platforms allow. Right now, PageProof gives a randomly generated address, but HubSpot requires email verification first—so the email does go through initially, but once it’s “verified,” I can’t reuse that same address for the same project. It would save so much time if I could just forward the email directly instead of sending it to myself, saving it, and then uploading it manually. Sometimes when I upload emails, formatting issues appear, like emojis not rendering or layout spacing getting skewed. This makes the proof not always an accurate visual of what the recipient will see. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps a lot with organizing feedback, instead of everyone sending edits all at once or over email, I can control the order and keep things way more streamlined. I also like that all the comments stay in one place, so I’m not digging through emails trying to figure out who said what. So, if you are working on multiple projects that have the same reviewers/approvers, you can create a workflow to quickly select that same group of reviewers when creating a new proof. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** My only real frustration with PageProof is that I can't make someone a reviewer but not an approver. This has helped increase the teams' efficiency when building content, as previously, the process was extremely manual and not at all collaborative. Now, when our Instructional Designers build content (directly in the LMS, as well as videos, audio, visuals documents etc.), we can all review and feed back in one place. This has also been very helpful when engaging with external suppleirs and subject matter experts. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** We have experienced some downtime with the service recently, which has been frustrating when trying to get courses signed off. The dashboard is very useful for people managing multiple approvals at once, and the workflows create structure and provide notifications and easy to track deadlines and status. **What do you dislike about PageProof?** PageProof doesn't handle Microsoft Word documents very well. It treats them like a pdf, so you can still leave comments within PageProof, but you can't suggest edits directly on the document. Office 365 solves this problem, but we used Word documents extensively for copy reviews because of how efficiently we could leave and accept feedback. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to get our reviews out of individual email inboxes, and while notifications still come to the user's email, the dashboard view of all proofs organized by due date was a great feature. We also were looking for a tool that helped with reviewing video content and PageProof worked well for that purpose. ### 25. Would love it if it had social media integration for approval and scheduling, so we could reduce the number of platforms we have to use for content approval. **What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a centralised location for content approvals and keeps on top of reminders if approvals are delayed, so our team can continue with their work. ### 27.
