"Multi-PDF feature is a real difference maker for HR!"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

My team puts QR on my new hire welcome packets. One scan gives access to the employee handbook, benefits guide, IT setup instructions, and org chart. Multi-PDF behind one code means I're not printing 50-page packets anymore! I compared with other tools before choosing and the value was clear.

What I appreciate most is the track record. In over a year of use across hundreds of active codes, we haven't had a single scan failure. That matters when your codes are printed on physical materials that can't be changed. The analytics have been useful for quarterly reporting and the support team has been prompt the few times we've needed them. Overall a solid investment that's paid for itself many times over. What do you dislike about Pageloot?

Would love password protection on sensitive HR documents behind QR codes. Other tools at this price point already offer this. Hoping it's on the roadmap because it would make the product pretty dramatically more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for our trade show calendar."
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

We exhibit at dozens of shows per year globally. We have QR codes on every banner, badge, and handout. Post-show scan reports compare performance across events and help us decide which shows to attend next year. Print templates save our design team significant prep time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

What seems to be lacking is a greater degree of integration with the lead scoring tool because, having the chance to tie QR code scans with lead quality, follow-up actions, and successful sales would ultimately eliminate the possibility of experiencing any problems with time management while providing the full picture of the customer journey. "Outstanding support for an educational project"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

Pageloot has been much more than a QR code platform for our school project.

We are a public school in Portugal, and together with our 7th-grade students we created a book about the cultural heritage of our town, including QR codes linking to traditional local music and original compositions created by the students.

After the book launch, the first edition sold out and the QR codes received far more scans than we had expected. When we contacted Pageloot to explain our situation, Robert and the Pageloot team showed exceptional kindness and generosity by offering us one year of the Premium plan free of charge.

Thanks to their support, every student, family member and reader can continue enjoying the music and the complete experience of our book.

We are deeply grateful for their professionalism, understanding and genuine support for education, culture and local heritage.

Thank you, Robert, and thank you, Pageloot. You became part of our story. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

The free plan has scan limits that I did not fully understand when creating the QR codes. It might be helpful if these limits were more visible during the creation process, especially for educational users. Apart from that, my experience has been excellent. "Excellent Support with a Smooth QR Code Management Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

The customer service team is very professional and quick to respond. Every time I needed to ask anything, they would clearly explain everything to me and assist me with my problems. The platform is very user-friendly, and the QR code campaigns that I’ve created are easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

The content is missing out on a major opportunity for improvement because video tutorials in a variety of languages need to be included. The English-only tutorials are very informative, but having localized content would help international users experience a more seamless learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong functions, coherent UI/UX, and good analysis capability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

The function overview is clear and easy to understand. The UI/UX also appears coherent and facilitates operation. The pricing is clearly presented, and the design options for the QR codes offer sufficient flexibility. I also find the analysis and evaluation particularly helpful, as well as the structured creation of project folders, which allows for neat organization of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

I lack the ability to build the tables according to my needs or at least to set the column width myself. Often, project names are so long that they cannot be clearly identified by a preceding prefix. A nice-to-have would also be if project folders could be color-coded. I would also like the option to invite employees so that the work with the QR codes can be distributed across departments if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, User-Friendly, and Great Value with Outstanding Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

Its simplicity and the helpfulness of its Customer Support set it apart. In addition to making our workflow easier, it also contributes a lot to the time savings we experience thanks to its user-friendliness. Overall, Pageloot offers fantastic value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

I think some advanced reporting and approval features would be very beneficial for big companies. It would also be great to have some advanced automation functions, but the platform is already doing a great job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Franchisees Manage Their own QR without bothering HQ"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

Eight franchise locations each with their own promotions. they create and manage QR codes independently while we keep oversight centrally.

The folder structure and permission setup works spot-only for this. saves our marketing team from being a bottleneck for every location's local campaign The interface is well-designed and well-organized which helps daily workflow. The multi-client management is why agencies should look at this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

Franchise-specific reporting rollup across all locations in one view would be great. Other tools at this price point already offer this. hoping it's on the roadmap because it would make the product by a good margin more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for property marketing."
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

About 40 active listings. QR on yard signs links to virtual tours, QR on flyers links to full listings. When a property sells I redirect the code to similar available properties. Scan geo-data shows which neighborhoods generate the most sign engagement, which feeds directly into my ad targeting. For agency use specifically, nothing else comes close at this price. One thing that surprised us was how many use cases emerged after we started. We initially bought it just for product packaging codes. Within two months we were using it for event check-ins, employee training materials, customer feedback collection, and internal document management. The folder and tagging system scales well when your code library grows unexpectedly. We're now at over 300 active codes and the dashboard still feels organized and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

A map-based visualization of scan locations within the analytics section would be very useful for my use case, as it would make it easier to see where scans are happening at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable, Easy to Use, and Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Pageloot?

The dependability of this service has been great. We have been using this service for a couple of months and have had no problems. The ease of use is very high, customer service is great when needed, and the cost is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pageloot?

If we have more notification settings and more advanced user privileges, then it will work better for teams. Having automatic scheduled reports would also help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
