What problems is Pagefreezer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing about the solution is that we know that we are as compliant with the law as possible. We are able to meet the expectations of our City policy without requiring our staff to do any extra work in capturing and managing the archived data. What do you like best about Pagefreezer?

Pagefreezer is very user friendly and straightforward. This is the best feature. I have used other companies in the past, and the ease at which I can pull data is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pagefreezer?

Everything has been great so far. The only issue is that I can't find a way to set up automatic payments. It is difficult to remember to pay every month when all of my other subscriptions are on autopay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a not so great experience with our last archiving vendor. It has made us overly cautious since switching to PageFreezer. Ira, Richard, and Ludik have been amazing. What do you dislike about Pagefreezer?

The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable about the product, but I feel that some of his responses to questions were misleading and resulted in confusion that needed to be clarified with Ira and support team once we started using PageFreezer services.

What do you like best about Pagefreezer?

I like that we can archive multiple websites, see the sites as they appeared over the last several years, including downloading the documents attached to the websites. I've used PageFreezer for 5+ years, and when I changed companies, I signed up with PageFreezer again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can only print one page of the archived web site at one time, unless I contact PageFreezer and get their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lightening the burden on our IT team - IT does not need to get involved given the product works as expected and is easy enough to use the department owner (who are not technical) can pull the data without requiring IT or vendor assistance. What do you like best about Pagefreezer?

In researching the top archiving systems for social media, PageFreezer was the only one that captured edited posts (vital to me) and is also the only provider currently archiving NextDoor, which we are considering. They also offer web site archiving and while this is currently not a service I need, it's nice to know it's available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pagefreezer?

The back end is a little "clunkier" than Archive Social's but it is still effective for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you need to archive everything you have ever posted on social media, and want the flexibility to edit posts after they may have already been viewed, you need an archiving program that captures both the original posts and the edits. If you are considering using Next Door, they are the only provider that works with them currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pagefreezer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We must abide by strict Florida public records laws and this meets that requirement. What I didn't realize is that PageFreezer would help me pull stats of how many times I posted about flood prevention - which we must report on as federal requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
