WebPreserver is a browser-based online evidence capture tool that helps investigators instantly collect and preserve web and social media evidence—before it disappears. WebPreserver automatically expands and captures long comment threads, including embedded media, and preserves metadata with digital signatures ensuring evidence is authentic, tamper-proof, and defensible in court.

**What do you like best about WebPreserver?**

WebPreserver's is very accessible to users of various skill levels since it comes as an easy to use extension. 

**What do you dislike about WebPreserver?**

It's ability to PDF content could be better - as it stands it is a bit limited in that regard.

**What problems is WebPreserver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebPreserver allows us to validate the content used as evidence accurately reflects how it appeared when it was online. It gives both us, and our clients, peace of mind.

**What do you like best about WebPreserver?**

This add-in creates an easy way to collect data from social media accounts. Especially when it will expand all the comments for you!

**What do you dislike about WebPreserver?**

I wish it could collect the entire page, no matter how many posts there are. We have found that it has limitations and cannot collect pages that go back multiple years with frequent posts each day. 

**What problems is WebPreserver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to collect social media data on multiple platforms with a single click, rather than manually taking screenshots, which used to take days to accomplish.
