I really appreciate PageFly's customer support, specifically the representative named Lucy, who was instrumental in solving the issues I faced with the design on my store's computer and mobile interface. Her ability to understand my vision and execute it precisely how I wanted it on both platforms was impressive, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance. The software allows me to maintain a professional look for my store, organizing and streamlining my pages to enhance the visual appeal significantly. I find the capability to frequently change and adjust my hero banner on both mobile and computer sides, while maintaining consistency, particularly valuable. The ease of use, once I got the hang of it, along with the reliable 24/7 customer support, makes it an integral tool for my store's online presence. I wouldn't consider replacing PageFly because it simplifies the management and customization of my store's appearance effectively. Additionally, I love that it offers an easy way of adding things and that I don't feel the need to change anything about the PageFly Page Builder since it meets my requirements. I find it frustrating that when I adjust something on the computer view using PageFly, it often disrupts the mobile view. This is particularly challenging because I aim for a professional look for my store on both platforms, and repeatedly find misalignments when switching between views. Additionally, the initial setup was a bit difficult due to a lack of understanding of the interface and needing to make adjustments separately for computer and mobile views. It took time to grasp the necessity of clicking on each button to make precise adjustments, which highlights a learning curve that can be daunting for new users. I’ve been using PageFly for over 5 years, and every time I’ve had a question or ran into an issue, the support team responded within minutes and genuinely helped solve the problem. The platform itself lets you build nearly anything visually without needing a full developer. It’s easy to implement, works seamlessly with Shopify, and offers a ton of flexibility for custom landing pages and product pages. As a small business, we’ve been able to build pages that look professional without hiring a developer. Plus, the frequent updates and improvements show they are always listening to user feedback. That it is not liquid, or dynamic. It's around 50% dyanmic but it would be great if it had some logic behind adjusting everything to fit all devices decently to be good enough to go live and make small changes later. Also, some of the settings are hard to find. It would be great if things were more fluid, like you can click and drag around collection items and click on something and resize it with a scale tool or the formatting options like allignment are more accessible and work better automatically adjusting margin and padding to fit.
