I love how responsive the team is, and how easy the app is to use. If i have any questions at all, I message the team and almost get a reply instantly with instructions or a video on how to fix or create exactly what I am wanting to do. The team are always understanding, kind and easy to talk to, and once you get a hang on how to use the program, it is really user friendly and easy to navigate. I also like that I can go into the app and create any changes and they show up instantly, I don't need to wait to see the changes. a) Sometimes very glitchy and frustrating. b) sections sometimes disappear, like hero image, so have to recover them. c) App integrations aren't always straight forward, like with review apps Judge.me or loox. if you follow instructions and ask for help you should be okay.
