  ### 1. Frustrating Payment Reconciliation and Outdated UI

**What do you like best about Paddle?**

I guess Paddle's dashboards are right and it has some decent stats on it. The initial setup was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Paddle?**

I find the payment reconciliation isn't good when it's a manual invoice. They keep my funds held even without a real reason, and the payouts are quite delayed. The stats on the dashboard aren't that brilliant and don't give reminders for upcoming payments. They haven't integrated the acquisition, ProfitWell, which is an essential part of the app, or updated its UI in ages—it looks like something straight out of the nineteen-nineties. Overall, the experience is pretty poor, and I wouldn't recommend Paddle.

**What problems is Paddle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paddle to collect payments for my SaaS business. It helps with card payments, though I find it frustrating with manual invoice reconciliations and delays in fund payouts.

**What do you like best about Paddle?**

Easy to set up - the system was relatively easy to set up.
Customer support is quite responsive - besides requiring up to 2 days to respond, it fulfills my requests.

**What do you dislike about Paddle?**

The Payout process is horrible. It is done automatically every month, without any option for a manual payout, which is often crucial for quickly growing SaaS companies, thus limiting the budget to a monthly basis. At the same time, I would need a week-to-week basis due to active marketing and high competition.
In addition, the payout is not paid immediately but, in contrast, is in an "in-progress" state for up to 15(!) days. Cash-inflow is therefore delayed by up to half of the period itself.
I find it to be an unreasonable and super-significant disadvantage compared to the alternatives.

**What do you like best about Paddle?**

We are disappointed that paddle.com is not answering to our emails and payout is also delayed without any reason. Contacted several times but not even getting replies to our emails. We expect someone from paddle to contact us immediately and send our payout to us as soon as possible as we are losing faith in their service with every day passing.Payout reference # 11608

**What do you dislike about Paddle?**

No payout to Vendors from last 20 days. Emails not answered on daily basis.

**Recommendations to others considering Paddle:**

Talk to paddle.com first that they will send payout on timely manner or they will delay it. It is very frustrating for a vendor to not receive the money after putting lot of efforts. No body will consider paddle if they will keep on doing this for long.

**What problems is Paddle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking someone from paddle to read this and send our payouts in time without delays.
