Built for mid-market and enterprise organizations in France and Europe, it gives legal, procurement, and business teams a single source of truth for every agreement. At the core of the platform, PactAI analyzes contracts, applies customizable playbooks, scores clauses by risk, detects conflicts, identifies obligations, and generates executive summaries. Teams draft from a central clause library and reusable templates, route documents through configurable approval workflows (sequential, parallel, or mixed), and negotiate in a shared, cloud-based workspace with track changes, commenting, and a secure portal for external parties. Pactolane includes eIDAS-compliant electronic signature, used internally or through DocuSign, Yousign, and Dropbox Sign. It connects to CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), cloud storage (Google Drive), and AI agents through an MCP server and API. A centralized repository monitors expirations, obligations, and key dates with automated alerts, so renewal options, termination notices, and price revision clauses are never missed. Key capabilities include a centralized contract repository, AI-driven clause and risk analysis, customizable playbooks, approval workflows, deadline and obligation tracking, third-party management, multi-language support (German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish), a complete audit trail, and GDPR and eIDAS compliance with hosting in the European Union. Pactolane is designed to control contractual risk and steer contract performance, helping organizations reduce value leakage, shorten secured sales cycles, and gain full visibility over their contractual commitments.
