While the business model is solid, needing to host it on your own server or subscribe to their service can eventually end up costing more overall. **What do you dislike about PACT Retail Management?** Because it’s customizable, it ends up taking way too much time to explain to support exactly what you require. On top of that, the look and feel doesn’t seem polished at all. Even their other modules that are already established and up and running still look outdated compared to what’s out there in the market, especially in terms of fluidity—how fast it opens and how smooth the transitions are. **What problems is PACT Retail Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It didn’t solve much for us, which is why we had to look for alternatives.
