What do you like best about Packetlabs?

I used Packetlabs for pen testing services, and the team provided a comprehensive report explaining vulnerabilities and clear remediation paths. They also organized a call with the team that completed the assessment on our network, which was very informative. I found the methodology thorough and well-structured, focusing on realistic attack scenarios and actual risks, not just automated findings. The technical expertise of Packetlabs is evident. What do you like best about Packetlabs?

Every person we interacted with on the team, was kind, patient, and informative. The PacketLabs genuinely seemed interested in our product/application and helping us ensure that our application is as secure as it can be for our own customers. Isaac was very helpful reviewing his findings with us and discussing our remediation efforts in detail before we completed them ahead of our re-test. Getting the re-test completed was easy, Julia got us scheduled for a re-test as soon as we were ready and everyone on the team has communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner. Recommendations to others considering Packetlabs:

If you're looking for high-quality penetration testing, PacketLabs could be the provider for you. They very clearly outline what they will be testing, how they test it and who will be testing it (and why they are qualified to test it) before you've even signed up. I didn't find that level of transparency and detail in any of the other vendors I looked at. The customer support of the whole team shows the same level of attention to detail and effort as the SOW and scoping documents.
