I like package x ship app and software very easy to understand and using, technical team very good and helpful

Sometimes due to service slow down but not many many

How quick it is to check packages in and notify our users of their packages.

**What do you dislike about PackageX Ship?**

When it doesn't read the name or barcode correctly. I also often forget to have people sign out their package on my own device, and wish there was an option for them to do it on their own device.

**What problems is PackageX Ship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time and helps our company keep track of packages we receive
