**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I like that it is very simplified and easy to navigate. It sends notifications to the package owners quickly so that they can pick up packages without us personally having to bug them about it.

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

The app was pretty slow at times and also if I upload a package you can't delete it...It would help to be able to get rid of backlogged accidental inputs.

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were saving SO much time on logging in packages and making them accessible to the owners! No more piles of packages to stack up!

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I like that the package log system sends notifications to your residents once you have logged the packages. 

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

I dislike that the version of Package Log my company uses makes you type in the last 4 digits of the barcode instead of being able to scan it like other systems. 

**Recommendations to others considering PackageLog:**

Not sure if this has already been an update, but we had to type in the last 4 digits of the shipping barcode. Maybe allow it to take a photo of the barcode and upload the information. 

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to walk back to the package room to see if residents have a package. We can just type in their name or until nunber and see if one has been logged.

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

System works perfect for our company so each department is properly alerted about their package arrival. It has been a simple system to implement, I wish we would have started it sooner. 

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

I had to use phone call to customer service. Customer service isn't the best, stayed on the phone for 30 minutes.  

**Recommendations to others considering PackageLog:**

It has been a simple system to implement, I wish we would have started it sooner. 

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Works well for customers.  This allows us to alert many departments in a short amount of time. We are able to describe the package when we log them too, so it is easier for our co-workers to find packages that they have not seen before. It is also nice that this system allows us to choose other individuals to pick up their packages as well.

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I can keep track of everything all in one place. It's very simple to use. You can keep an eye on anything upcoming, already shipped or stuff that's still waiting to be processed. 

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

Nothing So far that I dislike about the program it has been wonderful so far. I'm impressed with it's capabilities so far.

Take your time to learn all the functions when you first get the program and everything will be very simple and easy p ml

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've realized a benefit it you can go back and forth between languages which is huge for our company as not everyone speaks English

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I enjoy the simplicity of Package-log. Very easy to sign in, and be logging packages in no time at all. The system has a very simplistic update option that is great if you have residents/customers always needing removed/added to the system. 

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

My biggest dislike with Packagelog is you can NOT delete a package once it has been logged. This causes you to have to check out the package that will then send the customer an email informing them their package has been checked out. This has caused many issues at our property. 

**Recommendations to others considering PackageLog:**

Do it, it is a very simplistic software that would be very easy to ingrain into your space of work!

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large amount of packages that come through our door. Packagelog has drastically decreased the time it takes to log all the packages and get on to the next task saving us countless hours and dollars of payroll!

I like package log because it allows me to let others know which packages I have received and does not create confusion

I don’t dislike anything about this tool

I highly recommend this business tool to streamline the process of mailroom alerts and outbound inbound shipping procedures.

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had to problem solve with package log. The benefits I have seen are that there is more transparency between sender and recipient to know that packages have been received and logged correctly

I didn’t dislike anything about this company.

If you want a fast and easy to use site, they are the ones. Better than their competitors by far

I really like the feature of how fast setup is. It is very nice to get it all done in just one place

Sometimes the procedures are a bit slow, but overall the product is still very helpful.

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I like that it requires a pin number for residents to pick up packages.  I also like that if they're unable to receive it, as long as the person knows that particular pin number they can pick up for their roommate/friend/significant other/family member.

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

My main complaint is how quickly it logs you out if you're inactive.

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure packages are logged in a timely manner to make sure residents stay happy.

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

We have about 1,000 tenants living with us...which means we get a LOT of packages on a daily basis. Using PackageLog is a quick and easy way to alert students that we have packages for them.

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. It seems to all be working out pretty well! I think it would help if we were able to have two different names listed for the same person since we have many international students who use both their given name and an "american" name. 

**Recommendations to others considering PackageLog:**

Definitely use this service!! It has made our lives so much easier. We have saved a ton of time and our residents seem to really enjoy the ease and simplicity of the product. We're able to scan the packages directly and alert the students within minutes!

**What problems is PackageLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows us to alert many students in a short amount of time. We are able to describe the package when we log them too, so it is easier for our co-workers to find packages that they have not seen before. It is also nice that this system allows tenants to choose other individuals to pick up their packages as well.

**What do you like best about PackageLog?**

I like the scan feature that can grab all the packages information. Some platforms make this feature actually wonky like on the app. It's usually easier to use when you log in to packagelog through a browser.

**What do you dislike about PackageLog?**

How long it loads on the app sometimes. Also on the app it started asking for a company code which is a has to.

Ease of scanning in packages
