Pachca is a team messenger where people and AI agents get work done together. Instead of a separate AI tool, agents work inside the same channels and threads as the team: they take tasks, report progress and hand work back to people when a decision is needed. Every action stays visible in the conversation, so the team keeps control. Alongside agents, Pachca offers everything a company expects from a work chat — channels, threads, search, bots, integrations and an open API. A Slack alternative built for the age of agents.
