In our most recent engagement Chris, our Solution Architect, was masterful at investigating what we could draw out from the data to clarify our team's high value next right steps (what we now fondly call the "make money button"). **What do you dislike about P3 Adaptive?** The only thing we need to monitor in our engagements is cost -- we get a lot of value for what we spend, but engagement fees can add up. **What problems is P3 Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have partnered with P3 on several engagements over the last year to develop real time reporting that supports business intelligence and analysis in areas such as sales, inventory, AP, and AR. Over the course of training, instructor, Chris Haas, showed training participants numerous ways to reduce "Excel project" times from hours to minutes. I found myself watching in amazement... Power BI can really do *that*. If you feel that you are missing something in your design or it is operating poorly/not up to expectations, then use P3 to help break that barrier down. **What problems is P3 Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the key problems we solved was creating a single fact table with multiple forwarders, even though each set of data varied in the numbers of columns. Once this happened, we were able to visualize the same metrics across all data. The model in itself was very clean (and far better than my mess)! Would definitely encourage others to request Lucho as a consultant. **What do you dislike about P3 Adaptive?** P3 does all work on a time and materials basis, meaning they will not sign a Scope of Work that says "we (P3) will complete your project in total for $X in X time frame." They estimate the hours that they think it will take to complete your project, and while your bill is limited to what you agree to spend for the engagement in the SOW, there is nothing in place to ensure you receive a finished product. Additionally, P3 is not cheap, but they do high quality, fast work. **What problems is P3 Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. How can we gain an instant, high-level snapshot of the performance of the organization in strategic and operational decision making? 2. This proof of concept helped us launch an analytics programs around Power BI that over the last year has seen tremendous success. We continued the P3 relationship with multiple training sessions for over 150+ people in our organization. Each training session has ended with enthusiastic reviews by the participants. **What do you like best about P3 Adaptive?** P3 takes a regular user centric approach to their teaching. They trainers we got came from an analyst background rather than an IT one so they knew how to connect with the audience. They presented scenarios that every business person that tries to wrestle with data will come across. This really resonated with our people. **What do you dislike about P3 Adaptive?** It can be challenging for some users to get a full three days out of their schedule to attend the training.
