There are issues with the with the software when agent is on call still the dashboard reflect as idle.

There is restriction in downloading the data, at a time only 2 months data can be downloaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ozonetel?

The best thing about Ozonetel is the easy UI, ease of calling customers as well. Another feature I do like about Ozonetel is the call transfer feature. We can connect customers with another executive in a hassle free way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are issues with the connectivity with the customers but even that is resolved once we connect again. Apart from this Ozonetel is a perfect & easy calling software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
