"So far, so good but I am just onboarding and getting started, I would provide real feedback."

What do you like best about Oyster?

So far pretty simple to use and as an accountant I cannot be bothered with HR and just want a point and click, approve peoples time sheets and pay them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

Nothing so far. I have yet to run a pay cycle, which will be the deciding factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oyster?

Rather simple administrative set up for paying salary and claim expenses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

Are not very familiar and cannot provide very common benefits provided by most employers to white color markets on the Swedish labour market. Do not appear well informed on how the labour market works in Sweden, focusing to much on applying to laws when in fact the very vast majority of rules regulations and benefits are determined by collective agreement which stipulates benefits, pensions, agreements on salary increase, insurance much more than the very low threshold that the legal frameworks implies. Hence applying only to legal requirements will make Oyster terms of employment less competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of use, very informative"

What do you like best about Oyster?

What I appreciate most about Oyster is the ability to hire and manage employees compliantly across multiple countries through a single platform. It simplifies what would otherwise be a complex process involving local legal, payroll, and compliance requirements.

The platform provides clear visibility into contracts, payroll, and employment obligations, which helps teams operate with confidence when expanding internationally. Additionally, the support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easier to resolve country-specific questions quickly.

Overall, Oyster enables companies to scale global teams efficiently while ensuring local compliance, which is a significant advantage when managing distributed workforces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

"Seamless Onboarding, Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Oyster?

I find the user interface of Oyster easy to use, with clear guidelines that make navigating the platform straightforward during onboarding. I really appreciate the prompt support; whenever I get stuck, I can always reach out to someone who resolves my issues pretty quickly. I recently had to upload documents, and the process was very straightforward thanks to the intuitive UI and clear guidelines. When I faced a brief issue during verification, my onboarding manager responded immediately and assisted me in resolving it, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. The initial setup was perfect, which adds to Oyster's appeal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

There's an option on the homepage or dashboard to contact the onboarding manager, but that button doesn't seem to work. Since I already had her email, I was able to reach out to her directly for help. However, if someone doesn't have the email, it might be difficult for them to get support when that option isn't functional. I think this is something that could be improved. Also, I feel Oyster AI could be trained for better responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Hiring with Reliable Support, Needs Flexibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Oyster?

I like that Oyster is not very difficult to use, which makes it easier for my team. We have a great account manager who assists us well. I appreciate that they guide us through their processes and flag anything that doesn't seem correct, especially from a legal standpoint. This helps us ensure that we're doing things the right way, which is exactly what we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

Sometimes they are not very flexible adapting to what we want. Also, they don't have entities open in all countries they serve, so they use third parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hassle-Free Employer Experience with Decent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Oyster?

Honestly, I really like how easy it is to get things done and problems solved with Oyster. If there's no immediate answer, it takes no longer than twenty-four hours to solve it, which is great. I find the form quite straightforward, where I can ask questions and get answers, it's pretty amazing. The initial setup is quite easy, too. There's a checklist that guides you, and I can access supportive messages on how to proceed further in the process. It was as simple as uploading, requesting, sending, messaging, and getting things fixed, all without the need for human interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

After six months, I have nothing to say/to dislike. Things are working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
