"Reliable Proxies with Accurate Geo-Targeting and a Truly Diverse Pool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

I really appreciate that the proxies simply work when I need them, without any hassle or downtime. I no longer have to babysit connections or deal with constant failed requests like I used to. The pool also feels genuinely diverse, and the geo-targeting actually delivers accurate local results, rather than proxies that claim to be in one place but behave like they’re somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

It’s definitely on the higher end cost-wise if you’re not committing to a decent volume. And while the dashboard is powerful, it took me a couple of weeks to feel fully comfortable with all the session and rotation tweaks. It’s not a dealbreaker, but there is a bit of a learning curve if you’re coming from simpler tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Oxylabs Residential Proxies: Seamless Rotation and Accurate Local Targeting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

After managing social campaigns for over a dozen clients over the past year and a half, Oxylabs has become our go-to for staying under the radar. Their residential proxies simply work better for Instagram and TikTok account management. I can rotate through different countries seamlessly when testing localized content, and the IPs feel genuine. I rarely sees those random verification pop-ups anymore. I also really appreciate how straightforward it is to set up city-level targeting. We ran a campaign for a retail client in three specific Midwest cities last quarter, and the engagement data was much more accurate than what we were getting before. What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

It’s not the cheapest tool out there. When we ramp up for big seasonal pushes, the bandwidth costs add up faster than I expected. Also, during one Black Friday prep, a couple of EU endpoints were slower than usual, but support jumped in quickly and suggested alternative pools that fixed the issue the same day. "Oxylabs’ True Residential Proxies Keep My Projects Running Smoothly"
4/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

As a Design Engineer managing multiple project accounts, I appreciate Oxylabs for its true residential proxy IPs, which I’ve integrated across my projects to help avoid getting banned or blacklisted. This has been really efficient for me throughout my 13 months of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

Oxylabs has been a really good choice for me overall, but the data traffic limitation is frustrating and ends up making me spend more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Oxylabs Setup with Helpful Pre-Built Connectors and Auto Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

I'm at home on the couch. I just needed to get this off my plate. Oxylabs was pretty easy to set up. I didn't hit any major walls and it's working as expected as we're getting information from various sources into our warehouse. I liked how many pre-built connectors it had because then I wouldn't have to be a genius to figure out how to get it to work. I was happy it didn't blow anything up during the last large sync and it does auto update which is helpful since we're a small team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

The number of emails they send me is way too high and I barely utilize even half of their service offerings. When we move a lot of data through the platform it becomes quite pricey. I'd love if there were a little friendlier pricing model for smaller startup companies. The user interface can sometimes appear slow or lag while editing the schema settings and also it can feel somewhat slow processing a large volume of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Static Residential Proxies and an Intuitive Oxylabs Dashboard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

What interests me most about Oxylabs is the true static residential proxy, the 99.9% guaranteed uptime, and how the dashboard is arranged for setup and configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

Well, I’ve been a user for a little over a year now, and the main negative I can point to from my experience is the traffic data limitation on the static (or sticky) residential proxy IPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Proxies with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

I use Oxylabs for web intelligence and it gives us reliable proxies which help us get data in real time and with great accuracy. I like the good sessions and support, especially with the India Account Manager, Bhavuk, who helps us with any queries and is always ready with a solution. Their reliability is really good and their unlocker service is really good, it can help anyone scrape. The initial setup was very easy, just reach out to the India Account Manager, Bhavuk. What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

I think the support team takes a lot of time to give a solution. We should have an ETA on each ticket and daily updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Oxylabs Delivers Reliable Proxies, Global IP Coverage, and Responsive Suppor"
4/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

What I like best about Oxylabs is its reliability and scale. The proxy infrastructure is very stable, with high success rates and minimal downtime, even for large or complex scraping tasks. I also really appreciate the global IP coverage, which makes it easy to target specific locations accurately. On top of that, the customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which saves a lot of time when setting things up or troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

What I dislike about Oxylabs is mainly the pricing and accessibility. The plans can be quite expensive, especially for smaller teams or individual users, which makes it harder to justify for lighter use cases. The setup and configuration can also feel a bit complex at first, with a learning curve for new users who are not very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Proxy Service with Stellar Performance"
3/5
What do you like best about Oxylabs?

I use Oxylabs mainly for web data collection and testing how websites behave from different locations. It helps me access reliable residential and mobile IPs, avoid blocks, and collect accurate data for market research and online analysis. The performance and stability make it suitable for both small tests and larger-scale projects. What I like most about Oxylabs is the reliability. The proxy connections are stable, the success rate is high, and I don’t have to constantly rotate settings or troubleshoot blocks. The dashboard is easy to use, and the support team is responsive when needed, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The proxy connections are really reliable, which means I can run large-scale data collection without constantly getting blocked or flagged. The dashboard makes it easy to manage proxies, monitor usage, and configure settings quickly, saving a lot of time. And the customer support is very responsive—whenever I run into an issue or need guidance, I get helpful answers fast. These features together make Oxylabs a dependable tool for my projects. It works well with the software I already use, which makes managing projects much easier. The initial setup was actually pretty straightforward. The dashboard is intuitive, and the documentation provided clear steps to get started. It didn’t take long to configure the proxies and integrate them with my tools, and the support team was helpful for any small questions I had along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

Honestly, there’s not much that doesn’t work, but the pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller projects. Also, some of the more advanced features have a learning curve, so it can take a little time to get fully comfortable with everything. Other than that, it works really well for what I need.
