Oxylabs offers great rotating residential proxies for private and business usage, which comes in handy. Oxylabs covers most of the world from a geographical perspective, which is useful. We use the rotating residential proxies on a flexible metered plan, but Oxylabs also offers fixed monthly plans for large scale users. The proxies are configurable to most needs. It would be more helpful if it could also allow listings by states, cities, zip codes, or down to ASN targeting. Additionally, for beginners, it took me a while to figure out how to utilize these features effectively. The initial setup wasn't straightforward, especially when using mobile proxies. Although Oxylabs' customer support was extremely helpful, a simple guided setup, tooltip explanations, or short descriptions next to parameters like ASN or city targeting would significantly aid new users.
