They are improving their products according to appearing challenges in the market such as the 'cookie-less world'. I like the way how they calculate attribution using Markov chains. **What do you dislike about OWOX?** Overall, I am satisfied with the product so nothing to add in this section. **What problems is OWOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** OWOX BI is solving the Marketing Attribution problem. We use attribution reports daily. Also, they solve user behavior tracking problems on the web. The initial consultation was quite straightforward, and after a few coordination meetings, the onboarding process began. The OWOX team worked with us in close collaboration, accommodating their services to our needs and demonstrating a genuine desire to make everything work as smoothly as possible. They were able to deliver complex transformations for our data model, decreasing the amount of unidentified traffic in our reports by more than three times. Thanks to OWOX, our decision-making process has improved drastically with higher quality data now at our disposal. **What do you dislike about OWOX?** Some specific issues were detected through daily debugging by our team. However, we encountered restrictions in certain EU countries when using Google Analytics with its default settings. To overcome these challenges, we turned to OWOX, which provides a BI solution that resolves these issues. As a result, we are now fully GDPR-compliant and have successfully stored all our raw data in Big Query - Due to the new Google Analytics data structure changes, we still require sessions.
