I can't say enough about my positive experience with OwnerRez. I've been in real estate (sales & property management) for 20 years now so I've interacted with a multitude of online platforms and service providers and this has BY FAR been my best experience at getting one set up. The guidance provided during this entire process is unmatched! Their support team is responsive, precise and professional! I worked with Ken primarily and he was the absolute best. Whenever I got stuck or needed advice or instructions on how to set something up he quickly pointed me in the right direction. Their platform is organized, efficient, extremely in depth and yet easy to navigate and set up. As with everything, there is a learning curve, but once you get it all going it makes your vacation rental(s) so much easier to manage across the various rental sites. I love that it is American based, which means they offer support on my time clock and I'm not left waiting 2 days for a reply... that then needs another 2 days or more of back and forth emails before any resolution actually starts taking place. I've tried ALL the other PM & CM companies that I could find. I searched regularly for new ones, always trying them out for the trial period. We have worked with two other reservation systems prior to 'Owner Rez' that did not work out due to issues. It is a pleasure to be writing an 'excellent' review and working with a reservation system that works. There is a system out there that works great and is reasonably priced to get the job done! OwnerRez software is awesome! I have been able to easily create my own direct booking site, manage my listings on multiple vacation rental sites in one place including photos, description, booking rules, pricing, and rental agreement, as well as keep track of all my booking records for financial reports. It really does pretty much everything that my business needs so not much to dislike about that. The only thing it doesn’t do is fast automatic messaging in response to inquiries. First and foremost the Direct Booking Widgets and Websites are what drew me in originally. Allowing users to embed widgets without prompting the guest to change sites, OwnerRez was the only software I found that allowed this. Moving forward I love that I'm able to Managing multiple listings for the properties while being able to use one platform for everything, rental agreements, house rules, etc.. I need to touch base in regards to their Rent Cancellation/Travel Protection + Damage Protection all of which are optional choices for guest during the booking process. There are so many benefits to using OwnerRez. Ken & Chris have offered awesome support no matter the issue. Just yesterday I think I emailed them 5 or 6 times and even more today. The daily tracking and the ease of having the information I need right at my fingertips. The customer support is second to none. I'm learning more and more as I dive into it and there are so many things that OwnerRez anticipated and already have in the software. The customer service has been awesome and very responsive.
