What do you like best about OwnerRez?

- Smooth web-based technology for automatic quote generation, online booking, and a good deal of routing customer notification emails.

- Useable on mobile browsers

- Integrated financial and reporting management - no need for manual merchant account interaction. Also ties in with QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OwnerRez?

- It doesn't do literally **everything** needed to operate the business yet - though it gets better all the time. Integrated contact management would be a huge help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OwnerRez:

Think through how you operate your vacation rentals. OR automates customer interaction, so if you're in a market requiring high personal interaction, you may not need to use all the features. It would still be useful for back-end management anyway though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OwnerRez solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm on the board of a company which owns and operates vacation rental properties. This involves all the logistics and paperwork you'd expect - inquiry response, quoting, bookings, collecting payments, holding and processing security deposits, and so on. OwnerReservations provides a clean, comprehensive, modern way to take care of all this with a minimum of fuss. Integrated software is immeasurably more efficient than manual recordkeeping, but being SaaS, is also vastly more affordable than having custom software designed. What do you like best about OwnerRez?

Very open, lots of settings and features. Customer service is top notch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OwnerRez?

No dislikes but there are a couple of things I've asked for which they say they will work on. Home calendar needs some tweaks on mobile screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OwnerRez:

Go through every setting in the Settings menu and click around. It will help you see the terminology used and what all is available so you can properly set up your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
