# How does OwnerRez provide Owner ability to avoid traveler Chargeback Does this SW allow Owner to control the payment process.? If so, can you please elaborate. Just got screwed out of $6800 from VRBO for a traveler who booked our home for 21 nights in August and after put in a chargeback with her CC company who gave her the money back and VRBO REFUSES to tell me anything, they refuse to share any info. VRBO "Canned callous email" read "all requests must accompany a "Court Ordered SUBPOENA". If I had control of the Payment processing I'm thinking I would at LEAST be able to dialoge with the CC company. VRBO IS AN AWEFUL COMPANY. ##### Post Metadata
