Contractors run the work in their own platforms; OwnerLogix gives project owners and owner's representatives an independent command center on top: portfolio oversight across every active capital project, budget tracking that reconciles hard costs, soft costs, and contingency into one total-project-cost number, schedule and milestone management, approval workflows with a dollar confirmation threshold and a full audit trail, and automated owner reporting. Data comes in three ways: connect the contractor's Procore, import CSV, or enter directly. The owner's record stays independent and exportable at all times, and at closeout a permanent snapshot stays with the owner, even after a Procore connection or contractor relationship ends.
