OwnDesk Dealer is dealer management software for independent used car lots that don't want to pay a monthly DMS fee. It tracks the true cost of every unit (purchase price, transport, reconditioning, parts and fees), so margins are calculated on what the car really cost, not just what you paid at auction. The dashboard sorts inventory by days in stock, oldest first, so aged units never get forgotten. A built-in CRM links each customer to the vehicles they're interested in, with call-back reminders and test drive tracking. Sales orders, delivery notes and invoices print with your logo, and a monthly report pack shows how the lot is performing. It comes as a single file that runs in any browser and works offline; your data stays on your own computer, with no account and no cloud. One-time payment, English and Spanish included, with a free live demo and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Built for independent dealers, not franchise stores or large dealer groups.
