## About Oversite
Oversite is construction site management software for UK property developers, consolidating compliance, safety, and operations across 13 modules with a single login. Site data entered once populates multiple modules, reducing duplicate entry. The CDM module generates F10 notifications, Construction Phase Plans, and Health and Safety Files using pre-filled site data. RAMS and permits enable risk assessments with live permit-to-work tracking, while AI-powered hazard scanning analyzes site photos for safety concerns. The COSHH register extracts hazard data from product barcodes or labels to build assessments. Inspection management supports statutory checks with pass-fail recording, remedial tracking, and photo evidence. Drawing tools allow PDF uploads with on-screen measurements without CAD software. Gantt charts in the programme module track progress and connect to live site data. Team management assigns CDM roles, controls contractor access, and provides role-based dashboards.
