We have historically had access to the devices report rate settings without needing the device to be on an active shipment. Having that access would greatly allow us to be certain the correct reporting rates are set along with the flexablilty to modify them to prevent device failure at locations that we have that are located in signal challenged locations. What do you dislike about Overhaul? We sometimes receives false alerts, like when a load is at a delivery site, a light alert may be pinged against us. We have seen redzone stops in error also.
