Some areas were very user friendly. The base items like files being added, deleted, or moved and organized are pretty similar to other programs and technology - so no surprises, which is good.
What do you dislike?
Some areas were difficult to get to. Some items weren't where I would look for them, So, had to memorize where some things were. If was a little pricey for what was received. The Google Documents did transfer over easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think through your day and the use the product for more than you thought. Compare this to free products that do the same day to day office environment and organization.

Having multiple users with the same access and information. Having set up the folders, I could maintain consistency in naming. Could do this in Google Documents for free.
