**What do you like best about Ovation?**

Ovation makes it easy to capture real-time guest feedback across multiple channels and locations without adding friction for guests or staff. The dashboard is straightforward, insights are easy to interpret, and it helps surface issues early so we can respond before they escalate into reputational problems. It’s particularly useful for identifying patterns and location-specific operational issues that would otherwise be anecdotal or delayed.

**What do you dislike about Ovation?**

Some feedback lacks context or specificity, which can make root-cause analysis difficult without follow-up. Advanced filtering, reporting, and customization options could be deeper, especially for larger or multi-unit operators who want more granular trend analysis or tighter integration with internal reporting workflows.

**What problems is Ovation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ovation helps us centralize and standardize guest feedback across locations, replacing scattered reviews and informal reports with actionable data.
