It gives us a clearer view of what’s happening with each case, so the team doesn’t have to rely as much on manual checks or constant back-and-forth messages. I really like the direct connection with ecommerce and the ease of use of Outvio. I appreciate that it integrates with the most common ecommerce software, which is a great advantage. Additionally, it is very efficient because just seconds after an order enters the store, it appears in Outvio ready to be shipped. The ability to send orders one by one or print them all at once if there are many orders greatly improves my workflow.
