We were able to expand our targeting capabilities that allowed us to define exact profiles, delivering leads that matched our specific criteria and additional lead data were not able to get with previous campaigns. We were skeptical at first since the CPL pricing was significantly lower, but we quickly realized the leads provided were higher quality and matched our targeting parameters, resulting in a higher conversion rate for our sales team. Many people assign all the responsibilities to the lead generation company without doing the preparation work they need to do. What problems is Outsource Demand Gen solving and how is that benefiting you? Outsource Demand Gen helps us with lead generation and sales engagement. They use a multi-channel approach, leveraging emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn interactions to generate leads. Initially, we defined an ideal customer profile and provided Outsource Demand Gen with some information about our business. Creating the scripts and messaging has been a collaborative effort. In many ways, Outsource Demand Gen is better than us at creating email scripts because they know the email structure better for how to craft the body and place the call-to-action effectively. They also create the scripts for the phone calls, and all their work is fine-tuned by us. Obviously, Outsource Demand Gen’s work includes managing lead generation campaigns for us. For these campaigns, we simply give them high-level specifications and some recommendations, and they go out and get us a combination of marketing-qualified leads and sales-qualified leads. Additionally, they help us hold meetings to have conversations with potential customers and try to close deals. Outsource Demand Gen is also proficient in other areas like Google ads because they do that kind of work for them and other clients. Still, those services are something we don’t need from them. They all claimed to have more robust targeting systems, intent-based leads, and a "secret sauce" that no one else had. However, what we realized is that the lead quality was very similar, with no significant difference. The big difference was in the level of service and flexibility, the ability to scale up or down, and most importantly, the cost per lead. After working with Outsource Demand Gen, we were able to substantially cut the cost per lead while gaining much more flexibility.
