Outscoped is proposal and bidding software for commercial cleaning and janitorial companies. Walk the building, enter each area's square feet and cleaning frequency, and Outscoped turns Industry Standard Production Rates and your own wage, burden, supplies, overhead and margin into labor hours and up to 3 price options (Good, Better, Best). Send a secure link or PDF. Your client opens it on any device with no login, picks a package, adds optional services and signs online. You get an alert when they open it, and automatic follow-up reminders on paid plans. Your logo and brand colors appear on every proposal. A free plan is included; paid plans start at $19 a month.
